Social Media & Community Manager (US-Based, Premium Home Fixtures Brand) We are an international based company, and are launching a new premium kitchen and bath fixtures brand into the United States and are looking for an experienced, US‑based Social Media & Community Manager to establish and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and related platforms. The brand is already well developed creatively and visually; what we need is a savvy partner who understands the US design and luxury home market and can translate that into consistent, high‑quality execution and community growth. About the brand: This is a new line of designer kitchen and bath faucets, showers, and accessories created in collaboration with an award‑winning American interior and product designer known for timeless, modern, and architecture‑inspired collections. The collection emphasizes ritual, travel, and time – think iconic destinations, classic timepieces, and the quiet luxury of a beautifully detailed hotel bath, brought into everyday homes. The aesthetic centers on a distinctive, organic blue‑green signature color associated with nature, serenity, and authenticity, and the brand is built around ideas of truth, craftsmanship, and sustainability. Products are designed specifically for the US market and manufactured to a very high standard in Asia by a long‑established faucet manufacturer with decades of experience serving premium US brands. The positioning is “affordable luxury” or aspirational: original designs, elevated detailing, and designer collaboration, at price points that are accessible for design‑conscious homeowners, designers, and builders. The US base of operations will be in Orange County, California, with an initial focus on reaching American interior designers, architects, builders, kitchen & bath showrooms, and design‑forward homeowners in key metros. What we provide • All brand strategy, messaging, and positioning • A robust library of brand assets: photography, video, product renderings, and campaign concepts • Ongoing content from the brand’s creative and design teams (you will not be responsible for core content creation) • Direction on target audiences, markets, and launch priorities You will not be asked to invent the brand or create full campaigns from scratch. Instead, we want you to take existing content and make it work brilliantly for the US market. Your core responsibilities • Set up and/or refine US‑facing social profiles (IG, FB, TikTok, and potentially Pinterest/LinkedIn) so they feel native and relevant to US audiences • Plan and manage a consistent posting calendar using brand‑supplied content (imagery, video, stories, reels, etc.) • Localize captions, hashtags, and post angles to align with US design, lifestyle, and trade audiences (designers, builders, showrooms) • Proactively recommend social campaigns, content themes, and series (e.g., “Time & Travel” stories, designer spotlights, before/after projects, finish and material education) while we supply the creative assets • Community management: respond to comments and DMs, engage with designers, showrooms, and relevant influencers, and flag any opportunities or issues • Collaborate with our team on simple briefs for content needs (e.g., “we need a short video with X focus,” “we need imagery for a US holiday campaign”) • Provide monthly reporting on performance, audience growth, and insights; propose tests and optimizations based on what resonates in the US Ideal candidate profile • Based in the United States (preferably with familiarity with California or major design markets) • 3+ years managing social media for design, interiors, home/lifestyle, luxury, or premium consumer brands • Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok best practices for brand building and community growth • Comfortable working with provided photography and video, and very strong at adapting, sequencing, and framing that content for different platforms • Strong copy/caption writing skills in fluent US English, with an ear for design‑savvy and aspirational yet approachable tone • Experience working with or marketing to interior designers, architects, builders, or high‑end home retailers is a major plus • Familiarity with basic analytics (native platform insights, simple dashboards) and the ability to translate numbers into recommendations Scope and engagement • Ongoing, long‑term engagement (6 months minimum, likely longer) • Estimated 3–5 (?) posts per week per primary platform to start, plus regular Stories/Reels as appropriate • Light campaign ideation per month (themed initiatives we can support with content) • Monthly performance and recommendations report When you apply, please: • Share links to 2–3 accounts you currently manage or have managed (ideally in design, interiors, or premium consumer goods) • Briefly describe a campaign or content series you ran that grew engagement or improved audience quality for a US‑focused brand • Confirm your US location and your availability (hours per week, time zone) We’re looking for a strategic partner who can own the day‑to‑day of social and community presence for this launch, using a steady stream of high‑quality content we’ll supply while making it feel distinctly made for the US market.

We're a social media marketing agency based in NC managing Instagram and TikTok accounts for restaurant clients. We're looking for a sharp, proactive US-based social media operations manager to help run the day-to-day across multiple accounts and keep everything moving on time. This is not a passive role. You'll be an active collaborator — someone I can count on to help run things, not just execute tasks when handed to them. What you'll be doing: - Managing content calendars for 3 restaurant clients across Instagram and TikTok - Collaborating on content creation — this is a 50/50 role, meaning you'll be expected to come up with post ideas and content independently, not just wait to be told what to post - Creating graphics and visuals in Canva for posts, events, and promotions - Flagging upcoming events and deadlines proactively — if something needs to go up Thursday, you're reminding me Monday - Posting and scheduling content across platforms - Handling miscellaneous tasks like setting up Eventbrite listings, drafting captions, and other day-to-day needs as they come up - General social media support and coordination across accounts Requirements: - Based in the United States - Available and responsive during US business hours - Proficient in Canva — you should be able to build event graphics, story templates, and promotional posts independently - Prior experience managing social media for restaurants, food, or hospitality brands strongly preferred - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive - Strong content instincts — you understand what performs on Instagram and TikTok for restaurant brands - Excellent written communication and caption writing skills - Self-starter who can take ownership without being micromanaged This role is part operations, part creative. The ideal person is organized enough to keep three client accounts running smoothly and creative enough to contribute real content ideas. If you need constant direction this is not the right fit. This role will start at 8-10 hours a week To apply please include: 1. Your experience managing social media for restaurants or hospitality brands 2. Examples of accounts you've managed — links or handles preferred 3. Your availability and hours per day you can dedicate to this role

We are going to be launching our new app for DIY mushroom growers soon. We have really solid branding, funny video content, high quality tutorials, and the app is super functional and useful. The problem is that in this day and age people are so plugged into social media and we (husband and wife founders) are only lurkers on IG or Reddit if anything. We know the importance of social media marketing though, and we would love to be able to outsource it to someone who shares in the kind of quirky/goofy humor we are baking into our product. We have a lot of good videos and even a cute mascot named Gill. Now we just need to find someone who will dedicate the time to build the brand identity on the various social media platforms. Is this you? Let’s talk!
