PROJECT SUMMARY: We are going to be taking the ONLC Autodesk On-Demand: Revit MEP Comprehensive which is a self-lead course. There is no support included so we are looking for somebody to provide support when needed. We are seeking an experienced technical support specialist to provide ongoing hourly support for our MEP (Electrical) engineering/design team. You will be available to assist with issues and questions related to Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related BIM workflows. We are new to the BIM process but are sufficient in the Electrical field. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide real-time technical support via phone for Autodesk software issues Troubleshoot Revit models, workflows, and coordination problems Assist with Navisworks clash detection, simulation, and coordination reviews Support AutoCAD drafting and drawing management Help with MEP-specific tasks (electrical layouts/systems) Provide guidance on best practices for BIM workflows Document issues and solutions for future reference Help train team members on software features and troubleshooting AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Must be available for phone support Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern Time Flexible scheduling (we'll call as needed during these hours) Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required Response time: minimal delays between calls REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience with Autodesk Revit (MEP focus) Strong experience with Navisworks Proficiency in AutoCAD Proven MEP engineering or BIM coordination background Excellent verbal communication skills Native or fluent English speaker (required for phone support) Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems quickly Familiarity with common MEP workflows, families, and parametric modeling PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Revit Certified Professional Experience with MEP coordination across multiple disciplines Background in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing engineering Experience with building systems and MEP design practices Knowledge of Autodesk cloud services and collaboration tools LOCATION & EMPLOYMENT: Must be located in the United States (strongly preferred for timezone alignment) Hourly rate position (ongoing, as-needed basis) 1099 contractor position Payment by the hour Could be 1 hour a week, could be 5 hours a week, just depends on the amount of questions we have.
