Role Overview You are the Executive AI Enablement Lead at AIVC, the person whose job is to make the executives at AIVC’s client businesses true power users of Claude, Cowork, and code- and agent-driven workflows. AIVC partners with operator businesses to drive AI-led EBITDA growth, and part of that work is bringing each company’s most senior leaders up the AI curve. You’re the person who personally designs and runs that path on every engagement: assessing where a given client executive is today; curating the right materials, videos, and course content; running 1:1 coaching; building executive playbooks; and acting as their daily operator-in-the-loop until the new workflows stick. The first concrete instance is already lined up, a named client managing partner has explicitly asked for the fastest path to becoming a power user of Claude, Cowork, and Claude Code / Skills. From there you scale: same treatment to additional client executives across the portfolio, then a documented set of executive-grade playbooks and patterns that compound across every future engagement. You are bias-toward-results – a win is the client executive’s calendar-week looking different, not a beautifully written rubric nobody uses. What You’ll Own (Outcomes) • Within 30 days of pairing with the first client managing partner, they have a working daily routine in Claude, Cowork, and Code/Skills that’s already replacing or improving how they handle at least three recurring tasks • Within the first quarter of the engagement, the client executive is a true power user — running multi-step workflows, custom Skills/Projects, and agent-assisted tasks without needing coaching scaffolding for the basics • A documented set of executive playbooks (research, writing, analysis, synthesis, workflow automation, agent-assisted tasks) that compound across every client engagement, not one-offs • A curated, current library of learning materials, videos, example workflows, and Claude-native patterns — including a clear point of view on which external courses, tutors, or expert resources are worth plugging in • Observable change in how client executive cohorts use AI: from reactive chat to repeatable, structured, outcome-oriented workflows • A foundation of training assets and patterns that scales beyond executive coaching into broader client teams in year two • A reputation among AIVC’s clients as the trusted go-to for “how do I do this better in Claude” — measured by inbound demand and engagement expansion What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) • In the first weeks: build the first client managing partner’s tailored upskilling plan — assess current usage, identify the highest-leverage workflows for their day-to-day, curate the right mix of materials / videos / course content, and recommend any tutor or expert-guided support to fold in • Provide 1:1 coaching for client executives — managing partners, founders, C-suite leaders — on Claude, Cowork, and code- and agent-based workflows • Design tailored training plans per executive that go beyond basic onboarding into advanced usage, with explicit progression from chat → workflows → agents • Curate the best external materials (videos, courses, blog posts, example projects) and rewrap them into client-ready, AIVC-flavored learning paths • Teach practical, high-leverage use cases live: research, writing, analysis, synthesis, workflow automation, and agent-assisted tasks • Help client executives move from general chat usage into repeatable workflows — Claude Projects, Skills, scheduled Cowork tasks, MCP integrations, custom agents • Serve as a real-time tutor and expert resource for client executives — over Slack, in meetings, on-site, and in async written feedback • Run office hours, workshops, and informal Q&A sessions inside client teams to keep adoption sticky between coaching sessions What We’re Looking For (Required) • Deep hands-on expertise with Claude across every surface (Claude.ai, Claude Projects, Claude Code, Claude Skills, Claude API) — and an active habit of pushing the edges of each • Strong working fluency with Claude Cowork specifically, including scheduled tasks, connected apps / MCPs, and the broader workflow surface • Strong capability with code-enabled AI workflows: you can write Python and/or TypeScript, build agents, configure MCP integrations, and ship a working internal automation end-to-end without needing an engineer • Demonstrated ability to teach non-technical but highly demanding users — you’ve made executives, founders, or senior operators meaningfully better at something complicated, not just trained engineers • Strong workflow design instinct — you can translate messy business questions into clean prompts, workflows, and systems • Polished, discreet, and effective in high-touch client executive settings — high EQ, low ego, comfortable representing AIVC inside senior client environments and around senior decision-makers • Strong bias toward practical results over theoretical AI knowledge — the metric is the client executive’s behavior change, not the elegance of the explanation • Excellent written and verbal communication; you can write a playbook a client executive will actually read and use • Comfort with significant travel to client sites and embedded, on-site engagement work • 5+ years of professional experience across some mix of: applied AI / ML, technical training and enablement, developer relations, solutions engineering, executive coaching, management consulting, or chief of staff / senior operator roles to executives Helpful If You Have (Preferred) • Prior experience coaching or supporting C-level executives, founders, or managing partners as a client-facing professional — executive coach, principal solutions engineer to executive customers, chief of staff to a CXO, or partner-level consultant • Background that combines technical depth with people skills — developer relations, solutions engineering, technical training, or learning & development at a frontier AI or developer-tools company • Direct experience building executive-facing training programs or curricula that demonstrably moved adoption inside other organizations • Hands-on familiarity with the Anthropic product surface specifically: Claude Projects, Claude Skills, Claude Code, MCP server development, Claude API • Track record of getting non-technical users to genuinely adopt a technical tool — i.e., users who chose to keep using it after the training ended • Background in management consulting, professional services, executive coaching, or learning & development — especially in environments where the customer was a senior external client • An active personal portfolio of AI work (workflows, automations, blog posts, talks, open-source contributions) you can point to • Comfort building light tooling (a Notion playbook system, a Claude Skills catalog, a small dashboard) without needing engineering support • Familiarity with AIVC’s model — operator business engagements, EBITDA-led measurement, and the broader compounding intelligence layer — or eagerness to come up the curve quickly

Several years ago I hired a consultant to redo my Wordpress site. He changes the admin email to his own, and since WP Mail SMTP isn't properly configured I haven't been receiving emails or form handler messes for a while. I also want to remove hi email address and add my own, but the email handler inside Wordpress isn't working apparently. I cannot make the admin change needed since I am not receiving the confirmation email. # Project Brief: Fix WordPress Email Delivery & Complete Admin Email Change ## Site cenaclecapital.com (WordPress) ## Background We're trying to change the WordPress admin email address . The change is stuck in a "pending" state because the confirmation email WordPress sends never arrives. ## What's been diagnosed so far - The site uses **WP Mail SMTP Pro (v4.3.1)**, configured to send mail through Google/Gmail via the plugin's **One-Click Setup**. - The plugin's Email Log/error notice shows: *"One-Click Setup for Google Mailer requires authorization. Perform authorization before sending emails."* - Attempting to re-authorize returns Google's error: **"The OAuth client was not found" (Error 401: invalid_client)** — meaning Google no longer recognizes the OAuth connection behind One-Click Setup. - This is **not limited to the admin email confirmation**. The failure log also shows failed emails from **Divi** (the site's form/page builder), meaning contact form submissions and other site notifications may have been silently failing too. This could mean lost leads/inquiries and should be verified as part of the fix. ## Scope of work 1. Diagnose and fix the broken Google OAuth connection inside WP Mail SMTP Pro. 2. **Recommended fix:** migrate from One-Click Setup to a dedicated, self-owned OAuth client created in Google Cloud Console (tied to our own Google account), so the connection isn't dependent on the plugin vendor's shared authentication service and won't break the same way again. 3. Send a live test email through WP Mail SMTP's built-in Email Test tool and confirm delivery. 4. Confirm Divi form submissions are sending and arriving correctly (test a real form submission end-to-end). 5. Complete the pending admin email changes and confirm WordPress has fully switched over (Settings → General should no longer show a pending change). 6. Briefly document what was changed (new credentials/settings, where they live) so we can maintain or troubleshoot it ourselves in the future. ## Access we'll provide - WordPress admin login - Hosting control panel access (if server-side mail logs need checking) - Access if needed to set up/use a Google Cloud Console project under our Google account (we can be present for this step if preferred, since it involves our Google login) ## Ideal freelancer - Experience specifically with **WP Mail SMTP (Pro)** - Comfortable setting up **Google Cloud Console OAuth 2.0 credentials** for Gmail API sending - Familiarity with **Divi** forms is a plus - Should be able to explain fixes in plain language, not just "fixed it" — we want to understand what broke ## Deliverables / Definition of done - [ ] Test email sends and arrives successfully - [ ] Divi contact form test submission sends and arrives successfully - [ ] Admin email change confirmed and no longer pending - [ ] Short written summary of root cause and fix - [ ] Connection no longer dependent on a shared/third-party OAuth app prone to breaking ## Estimated scope This looks like a 1–2 hour fix for someone experienced with WP Mail SMTP and Google OAuth setup — flagging here mainly to calibrate quotes, not as a hard cap. I just want the emails, form handler, etc. to work properly and for my own Gmail to be configured as the admin. The project tasks above were written using Claude.

Senior SEO Specialist Creative Heights | Remote Contract via Upwork About Creative Heights Creative Heights is a digital agency that builds, markets, and supports websites for a roster of growing businesses across multiple industries — including online education, home services, real estate operations, adventure travel, industrial manufacturing, and leadership training. Our work spans WordPress and WooCommerce development, paid advertising, content production, and full-stack marketing strategy. We're looking for a senior SEO Specialist to join our team as a long-term contractor and own SEO strategy and execution across our client accounts. The Role This is not an entry-level position and it is not a list-builder gig. We need someone who can walk into a client account, audit what's broken, build a prioritized roadmap, execute on it, and report results in plain language. You'll work directly with our team and occasionally with clients, so clarity and ownership matter as much as technical skill. You'll be SEO lead across 5–7 active client accounts, with workload split between technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, link building, and — critically — Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for AI search products like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Claude. We are looking for someone who knows how to do things and has actually done things. Theory is cheap. We want a practitioner who has shipped work and gotten measurable results. We will ask for specific references and we will call them to verify. What You'll Do • Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) / AI Search. Get our clients cited, surfaced, and recommended inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, and other AI search products. You should have a clear strategy and a playbook you can implement from day one — not a thesis on what GEO might become, but a working approach with proof it moves the needle. • Technical SEO audits and remediation. Crawl issues, indexation problems, Core Web Vitals, schema, redirects, canonical issues, internal linking — across mostly WordPress sites (some with LearnDash, WooCommerce, FunnelKit). • Keyword research and content strategy. Identify ranking opportunities, build content briefs, and work with our content team or write yourself when the project calls for it. • On-page optimization. Title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, content depth, entity coverage. We expect you to know modern SEO, not 2015 SEO. • Link building. Run real link building campaigns — digital PR, HARO/Qwoted-style work, niche placements, broken link reclamation, strategic guest contributions. Earned links, not bought lists. • Local SEO. Several clients are regional or multi-location. Google Business Profile management, citations, local landing page strategy. • AI-powered workflows. Use Claude (or comparable AI tools) to analyze data at scale, accelerate audits, batch content briefs, parse SERPs, and generally move faster without sacrificing quality. We expect you to have already built workflows like this, not to be exploring them for the first time on our dime. • Reporting and analysis. Pull data from GSC, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and our reporting stack (Windsor.ai). Translate numbers into clear narratives clients can act on. • Strategic recommendations. Tell us what's working, what isn't, and what to do next. We value people who push back with data over people who just execute tickets. • Collaboration with paid and dev teams. SEO doesn't live in a silo at our shop. You'll coordinate with our PPC and development work to make sure technical changes don't break rankings and that paid and organic strategy reinforce each other. Must-Haves • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including agency or multi-client environments. • Demonstrated results getting clients ranked, cited, or surfaced inside AI search products (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, etc.). A clear GEO strategy and a playbook you can implement from day one. • Past experience running link building campaigns with demonstrated, verifiable results. Be ready to show what you built, how you built it, and what it produced. • Demonstrated wins on technical SEO projects — not just "I worked on the team that did this," but specific issues you diagnosed and fixed with measurable outcomes. • Strong WordPress fluency. You should know your way around Yoast/Rank Math, plugin conflicts that affect SEO, and how to communicate with developers about technical fixes. • Solid command of GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and at least one of Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Sistrix. • Working AI productivity stack. You have built workflows around Claude (or other LLMs) to analyze SEO data at scale — SERP parsing, content gap analysis, log file review, bulk audits, brief generation. Show us the workflow, not just the tool list. • Comfort with structured data (schema.org), redirects, server-side issues (robots.txt, sitemaps, status codes), and Core Web Vitals. • Excellent written English. You'll be writing reports, content briefs, and sometimes client-facing emails. • Self-directed work style. We tell you the goal, you build the path. • Verifiable references. We will ask for specific references from past clients or employers, and we will call them. If that's a problem, this isn't the role for you. Nice to Have • Experience with LearnDash or other LMS platforms (one of our largest accounts is education- focused). • WooCommerce SEO experience — product schema, faceted navigation, category page optimization. • Familiarity with Windsor.ai, Looker Studio, or BigQuery for reporting. • Basic comfort with HTML/CSS and reading PHP (you don't need to write code, but you should be able to read a template and understand what it's doing). • Local/multi-location SEO at scale (state-by-state or city-by-city expansion). • Experience with content production workflows — briefs, editorial calendars, working with writers. What We're Not Looking For • Agencies or resellers. We want to work directly with the person doing the work. • Generalists who do "a little SEO" alongside five other services. • Anyone whose strategy starts with mass directory submissions, PBNs, or AI-generated content at scale. • People who can talk about GEO and AI search but can't show specific work that produced specific results. • Anyone unable or unwilling to provide checkable references. Engagement Details • Type: Long-term contract. We're not hiring for a one-off project. • Hours: Starting around 20 hours/week with room to grow into a larger ongoing engagement based on fit. • Schedule: Flexible, but we need overlap with US business hours (Central Time) for client calls and team coordination. • Communication: Slack for daily work, Zoom for weekly check-ins, project management in our internal tools. • Rate: Open. Tell us your rate and we'll evaluate against the value you bring. How to Apply In your proposal, please include: • A short intro — who you are and why this role interests you. • Two specific SEO wins from the past 18 months. Include the problem, what you did, and the measurable result. Skip the case studies that are just screenshots of traffic going up; we want the why behind the curve. • One specific GEO / AI search win. What client, what platform (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, etc.), what you did, and how you measured it. • One link building campaign you ran. The strategy, the execution, and the verifiable outcome — links earned, referring domain quality, and any traffic or ranking impact. • A short description of an AI-powered workflow you've built and use regularly (Claude or otherwise). What problem it solves, what it replaced, and roughly how much time it saves. • Your typical reporting cadence and what your client communication looks like. • Two references we can call. Name, role, company, and the work you did for them. We will actually call. • To confirm you read this carefully, start your proposal with the word "Compass." We read every proposal that follows the instructions. Generic boilerplate gets passed over. Looking forward to working with the right person. — The Creative Heights Team
