I want help building out a PowerApp that is essentially an order form. More specifically I want users to be able to select an item (SKU) to order, add in the quantity, and then submit. They need to be able to add multiple items/SKUs and specify individual quantities for each. The only other pieces of information I want to collect on this form are the person ordering, and also the location/facility for which they want to order these items. To prove out this concept, I can provide you with an excel sheet of valid items to be ordered and also valid locations/facilities. Longer term I want to integrate a Power BI semantic model to drive the list of valid items and also use it to display the quantity of those items that have been ordered in the last xx months. I also want to embed a power BI report (that I will build) somewhere on the Power App for quick reference. I will build a Power Automate flow that kicks off when an order form is submitted. So all I really need at the moment is someone to help me with the Power App side. Bonus if you have experience in Power Automate and Power BI, but I will plan on handling those pieces.

We are a growing technology consulting firm seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Solutions Architect and Developer to deliver client-facing solutions that drive real business results. The right candidate has a portfolio of shipped applications they are proud of, a consulting mindset, and the ability to work directly with clients to turn business requirements into working software. If you have spent your career as a back-office developer waiting for tickets, this is not the role for you. If you have built things that made a measurable difference for real clients and can prove it, we want to talk. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of hands-on Power Platform development: Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. • Demonstrated consulting or contract delivery experience, you have worked across multiple clients, not just one employer. • A portfolio of shipped applications you can speak to: what the problem was, how you solved it, and what the outcome was for the client. • Strong SharePoint Online experience, including SPFx component development and Microsoft 365 integrations. • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, HTML, and CSS for custom UI and integration work. • Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and deliver without daily supervision. • Strong communication skills, you can run a client meeting, explain a technical decision in plain language, and push back professionally when scope creeps. • U.S. Citizenship required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience leading client engagements as the primary architect and point of contact. • Azure fundamentals - Entra ID, App Services, Azure DevOps, and basic cloud infrastructure knowledge. • Copilot Studio or Azure OpenAI integration experience - AI-assisted app development is increasingly part of what clients expect. • Experience with Agile or sprint-based delivery in a consulting context. • Version control discipline - GitHub or Azure Repos. Deployments should be repeatable, not manual. • Federal government or regulated industry client experience is a plus, but not required.

Hi there, I handle operations for a wholesale supply company actively using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and SharePoint Lists to run our operations. I've already built out a decent foundation. order management flows, purchase order management flows, vendor tracking, and inventory-related automations and I'm looking to bring on a skilled developer I can lean on as a long-term partner. This isn't a one-time project. I'm looking for someone I can call on regularly when I hit a wall on a complex flow, need a second opinion on architecture, or want to push our systems further than I can on my own. **What I'm looking for:** • Deep expertise in Power Automate — complex flows, error handling, approvals, and integrations with SharePoint and other M365 services • Strong SharePoint Lists knowledge: column types, calculated columns, views, permissions, and integration with Power Automate and Power AppsPower Apps experience is a big plus: we may want to build out front-end interfaces for our workflows down the road • Someone who can think strategically, not just execute tasks. I want a collaborator who can look at what we're building and say "here's a smarter way to do this" **About our environment:** • Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams) • Power Automate flows for purchase order and vendor management • SharePoint Lists as our primary data layer • Supply chain / wholesale distribution context **What this role looks like:** • On-call availability: tasks may come up intermittently, not on a fixed schedule • Mix of hands-on development and consulting/strategy discussions • Clear communication is essential — I can talk tech, but I want someone who explains their thinking **Requirements:** • Based in the USA (required — no exceptions) • Proven experience with Power Automate and SharePoint in a business operations context • Portfolio or examples of real flows/apps you've built • Responsive and reliable If you're someone who gets excited about process improvement and likes helping businesses actually get smarter about how they use their tools, let's talk. Please include a brief note about your relevant experience and any examples of Power Automate or SharePoint work you're proud of.

I am looking to add multiple Power BI and Power Platform Developers to my team. I run a independent consulting business that works with clients to build out their entire reporting framework, automation workflows and other data needs. This role will assist in all of that. This person not only needs to be advanced on the technical side, but also provide a good eye for UI/UX design, understand business requirements and can run with projects. This role will be involved in projects from the ground up, or potentially just fine tuning reports, apps and flows. Or just coming in and making changes to reports that are already used in production. Hours vary per week, but I have a good amount of work in the backlog and am continuing to try to grow my business. Please provide some of your previous work, or a link to a portfolio to view your work. I am looking to hire immediately and get this person integrated into the projects as soon as possible.
