I run a independent consulting business that works with clients to build out their entire reporting framework, automation workflows and other data needs. This role will assist in all of that. This person not only needs to be advanced on the technical side, but also provide a good eye for UI/UX design, understand business requirements and can run with projects. This role will be involved in projects from the ground up, or potentially just fine tuning reports, apps and flows. Or just coming in and making changes to reports that are already used in production. Hours vary per week, but I have a good amount of work in the backlog and am continuing to try to grow my business. Technical Background & Challenges • We currently operate with a non-relational semantic model that handles 10GB+ of accumulated CSV data nightly. This frequently causes update delays and system instability. • You'll help us design an architecture structure for future growth and advise on smarter data sourcing strategies to decrease load failures. I need a designer who does exceptional work. This is a labor benchmarking dashboard for a client in the senior living space, and the design has to be crisp, clean, and impressive. The kind of report someone opens and immediately trusts. Design is the most critical piece of this project. The hard part is that it has to serve two very different audiences at once. Senior executives who need it sharp, polished, and analytically credible, and operators on the ground who need it simple enough to use with zero translation. Nailing both is the job.
