I currently have a baseball instructor website in squarespace. www.coachpetec.com I am looking for someone who knows how to work in this environment and has the ability to raise the level of the site to the level of my instruction. The site MUST stay in Squarespace. I do not want it moved out. I do know how to do some things in Squarespace. But getting creative in it, is not in my wheelhouse. There are a few MUSTS that come with this project. 1. I do not want a big website developing company. It is overkill. Just one person who I can work with directly. I will not be handed off to someone else in the process. 2. You must be familiar with baseball or softball. coaching, instruction & teaching. And you must have experience in building websites for this industry. Websites that are successful and that I can take a look at. 3. As stated I will not move this site off of Squarespace for any reason. Not only can I go in and make small changes it is connected to another part of my business. So, if you do not know how to work in Squarespace, please do not reply. 4. I have plenty of content. That is not the issue. I even have more updated stuff that is not on the site now. More powerful videos, pics quotes, my personal sayings etc. The content is not the issue. It is how to use it in the most effective ways possible throughout the site, especially the home page. It needs to pop right out at the potential client. 5. Need to be creative and thinks outside the box. Dare to be different. 6. The site needs to ooze my personality. It needs to be ME! That comes out in the verbiage, pics, videos, sayings etc. Hit a grand slam on the homepage. Improve the flow and we have it. This project should not take a long time. 7. You must be willing to conduct business via video calls on google meet. I only do business face to face. And you must be in the United States. I am on CST.

We’re an established waterfront campground and marina located in the Mid-Atlantic US. Our website (Squarespace) is solid, but our customer experience is a patchwork — booking, service inquiries/quotes, invoicing, and bill pay all run on separate systems that don’t talk to each other very well. We want to rethink the entire customer journey — inquiry and booking through invoicing and bill pay — and build a seamless, customer-facing overlay that unifies the experience on top of the systems we already use. The reimagined journey needs to work across web, email, and text/SMS, meeting customers on the right channel depending on their request and timing. It must also work for two very different customers: long-term clients (seasonal RV/slip holders, yacht-service customers) who need effortless recurring billing, and transient guests (weekend campers, families, short-stay boaters) who want to browse, price, and book fast. This is an end-to-end engagement — discovery and journey mapping, UX design, and build/implementation — handled by one person. We want an individual freelancer who loves this work and wants a long-term, ongoing relationship with our team. You’re a strong fit if you have: • Real UX / customer-journey design experience (mapping, workflow design, wireframing) • Love working with small teams to get things done quickly and efficiently. • Hands-on Squarespace skills plus experience integrating third-party management / reservations / service / payment tools • Experience designing multi-channel journeys across web, email, and text / SMS automation. • Bonus: hospitality, marina, boatyard, campground, or RV-park experience. Engagement Hourly, ongoing, starting with a discovery phase. Please include your hourly rate and a rough hours estimate for discovery. To apply Briefly tell us how you’d approach this, share 2–3 relevant portfolio examples, and confirm you’ll personally do the work. Generic proposals will be skipped. Screening questions 1. Describe a project where you mapped and redesigned an end-to-end customer journey. What was the measurable result? 2. How do you design for recurring long-term customers and one-time transient customers within the same journey? 3. Are you an independent freelancer who will personally do all the work? (No agencies/subcontracting.)

We are making edits to our website -- crowdwave.ai -- which is on SquareSpace. I've made some changes already and need help with some design elements and making it mobile friendly. I see this as a collaborative project where we meet to review the draft site and discuss gaps we need to fill and work either together or asychronously to get things updated. Timeline is urgent. Would like to complete by end of week. Let me know if you have capacity and interest. Thanks, Jeremy

We are seeking an experienced Squarespace designer to refresh the look, feel, and navigation of our existing website. The site functions as a simple, brochure-style presence for a professional membership organization. Our website is not designed to generate inbound leads or marketing conversions. Instead, it serves a defined audience: --Existing members looking for program dates and information --Prospective members and invited speakers we have directly engaged We operate on a by-invitation model, so the website should support clarity and credibility—not marketing funnels or lead capture. Project Goals --Modernize the visual design while maintaining a professional, understated tone --Improve navigation and content structure for ease of use --Make key information (programs, events, organizational overview) easy to find --Ensure consistency across pages and devices We Are NOT Looking For --No switching to other platforms (we want to stay with Squarespace) --No SEO or growth marketing work --No lead generation funnels --No complex integrations or custom web development --No ongoing marketing support Ideal Candidate --Strong experience with Squarespace website design (portfolio required) --Demonstrated ability to create clean, professional, non-promotional designs --Good judgment in structuring navigation for clarity --Comfortable working with an existing site and content Deliverables --Updated live Squarespace site --Revised navigation structure --Consistent visual design system applied across pages --1–2 rounds of revisions Timeline: 4-8 weeks from kickoff If you would like to be considered, please share your thoughts on the following: --Share 2–3 Squarespace sites you have redesigned (not just built). --How do you approach simplifying site navigation for clarity? --Describe a project where the goal was clarity and professionalism (not marketing conversion).
