We are seeking a US-based computer vision and full stack developer to build a platform for sports card recognition. The project includes developing subscription management, dashboards, and user account features. The ideal candidate will have experience creating scalable applications and integrating computer vision capabilities into a user-friendly platform. Hiring: Computer Vision + Full Stack Developer for Sports Card Live Auction Overlay App (SaaS) 📌 Overview I’ve built an MVP of a real-time sports trading card scanning and comping overlay tool using Loveable.dev. The product helps buyers gain an edge during live auctions by instantly identifying cards and showing real-time market comps. Now I’m looking for a U.S.-based developer (or strong US-aligned freelancer) to take this from MVP → production SaaS. This is a subscription-based product, so I need someone who can help build something fast, accurate, scalable, and hard to replicate. 🧠 What the product does Users can: Capture or upload sports trading card images during live auctions (mobile + desktop) Instantly identify: Player Year / set Parallel / serial number Pull live market comps Display a real-time “buy / avoid / fair price” overlay The goal is speed + accuracy in live buying situations (seconds matter). ⚙️ What I already have MVP built in Loveable.dev Basic overlay + UI flow Initial comp logic concept Subscription idea (not yet fully implemented) 🛠️ What I need help building (Phase 1 → Scale) I’m looking for someone to help rebuild and harden the system into a real SaaS product: 1. Core Architectural Workflow 1. Client Intake & Data Collection The customer visits the Porkbun-hosted website and completes a secure, multi-step intake form. The form dynamically captures customer details, the specified number of signers, and handles secure multi-file document uploads. 2. Asynchronous API Triggering Blue Notary API: The website backend instantly delivers an API payload to Blue Notary to establish the live signing session container, pushing the customer data and uploaded document streams directly into the digital meeting room. QuickBooks Online API: Simultaneously, the backend contacts QuickBooks to check for an existing client record or generate a new Customer Profile. 3. Credit Card Tokenization (Vaulting) To maintain absolute data security and avoid PCI-compliance liabilities, the developer will embed the QuickBooks Web Payments SDK directly into the booking page. When the client clicks "Book," the secure iframe captures and tokenizes the credit card information with QuickBooks Payments, returning a secure payment token (paymentMethodToken). The website backend securely maps this token to the customer profile for later use; no actual credit card numbers are ever stored on our servers. 4. Post-Session Admin Portal & Dynamic Billing Because RON platforms track identity verification but do not consistently pass live, rolling digital stamp/seal counts to external billing systems in real time, the developer will construct a secure, password-protected administrative interface on our domain (e.g., /admin/billing). Upon logging out of a completed Blue Notary session, the admin opens this dashboard, selects the client, and types in the Actual Signers and Actual Seals Placed. Automated Billing Logic Formula Upon submitting the administrative form, the server executes the programmatic pricing formula: Total Invoice = Base Session Fee + (Additional Signers × Signer Rate) + (Additional Seals × Seal Rate) The backend automatically executes these final steps via the QuickBooks API: Generates a professional line-item invoice reflecting the base fee and exact volume variables. Commands QuickBooks Payments to immediately process the charge using the vaulted credit card token. Locks in the clean processing rate (e.g., flat 2.99% invoiced rate) with zero added per-transaction service fees or third-party overhead. Triggers the automated delivery of the official QuickBooks paid receipt directly to the client's inbox. Developer Job Posting Copy Project Overview: Looking for a talented full-stack developer to redesign/update a website hosted on Porkbun, build a custom multi-signer intake form with secure document upload, and integrate direct, custom backend automations with Blue Notary and QuickBooks Online. No third-party automation tools (Zapier/Make) are permitted. Key Deliverables: Frontend Intake Form: Clean, mobile-responsive design allowing secure file uploads and dynamic forms based on input signer counts. Direct Blue Notary Integration: Connect to Blue Notary’s REST API to instantly initiate a session and pass files upon customer submission. QuickBooks Payments SDK Integration: Implement secure credit card vaulting/tokenization at intake using the official QuickBooks Web Payments SDK. Admin Post-Session Billing Tool: Create a lightweight, secure internal portal where the admin inputs final signer and seal counts. Automated Invoicing Engine: Calculate the final pricing via code on admin submission, generate a line-item invoice in QuickBooks, charge the vaulted card token automatically, and trigger the receipt. Technical Requirements: Proven experience with backend languages (Node.js, Python, PHP, or Go). Deep familiarity with QuickBooks Online Accounting & Payments APIs (specifically tokenized card charges and invoice generation). Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, and secure file handling over HTTPS. Ability to deliver clean, documented, standalone code without external platform dependencies.

Mend is a denial-recovery and revenue-cycle service for ABA and behavioral health therapy practices. We find the claims practices have had denied, recover what's collectible, and help stop those denials from recurring. We handle the clients and the analysis; we're looking for strong behavioral health billers to be ongoing partners on the claim work as we grow a biller network. Here's the honest picture of where we are: we're early, and we're building software to take the tedious parts of denial work off your plate, but that tooling isn't finished yet. So this role starts hands-on. You work claims directly, and as we build the tools around how you actually work, you help shape what we automate. You get in before the software exists and influence it, then ride the leverage as it comes online. We'd rather be straight about that than oversell a platform that isn't built. What you'd do: - Work denied and rejected behavioral health claims: appeals, corrected claims, and resubmissions. - Diagnose denial reasons (prior auth, eligibility, coding, coordination of benefits, timely filing) and pursue the ones worth pursuing. - Draft and file appeals and corrected claims, applying your judgment where it counts. - As our client base grows, expand into full revenue-cycle work (eligibility, claim submission, payment posting, end-to-end denial management) for practices that want their billing fully handled. What we're building, and what you'll help shape: - Tooling to auto-surface and prioritize the denials worth working, so no more digging through aging reports. - Pre-diagnosis of the likely denial reason, with the relevant payer rule and authorization history pulled for you. - Appeal and corrected-claim drafts scaffolded for you to review and send. - Deadline and status tracking so nothing slips. As this comes online, it cuts the time per claim, which means more claims cleared in less time and higher effective earnings for you. What we pay: - Per claim worked or per appeal filed, with performance-based upside tied to what gets recovered. We're open to the structure that works best for you rather than a flat hourly rate. - Top performers get first pick of volume as we grow, plus the path to a lead or quality-review role. Must have: - Hands-on medical billing experience, ideally with behavioral or mental health claims. - Familiarity with major payers and their portals (Availity, Optum / UnitedHealthcare behavioral, Aetna, Cigna / Evernorth, Medicaid MCOs). - Comfort drafting and filing appeals, not just submitting clean claims. - Willingness to sign a Business Associate Agreement (HIPAA) as a subcontractor before handling any patient data. Nice to have: - Experience with Illinois payers and Medicaid. - Coding familiarity (CPT and modifiers for therapy services, e.g. 97151 to 97158). - ABA billing experience specifically. The arrangement: - Ongoing contractor relationship, not a one-off project. Volume grows with our client load. - Remote. You set your own hours around claim deadlines. - A steady, growing engagement for the right person, with a real path to expand.

I am working on a project to analyze two years of pediatric adjudicated claims data and derive billing optimization rules. The ultimate goal is to create logic that can automatically pre-fill modifiers for CPT codes and recommend ICD-10 selections based on the CPT and payer, helping providers choose the combinations most likely to be accepted and paid correctly. We have all paid and denied claims data available in our proprietary in-house RCM system, including CPTs, modifiers, ICD-10 codes, CARC and RARC codes/descriptions, and other claim-level information. The system allows us to quickly generate reports and apply various filters for analysis. My plan is to use AI to analyze the data using specific parameters to identify patterns between paid and denied claims. Once the AI identifies potential rules and trends, we will manually validate and spot-check the findings to ensure accuracy before implementing anything. My challenge is that I do not come from a medical billing background. At times, I need help validating my data analytical approach, particularly when layering multiple variables such as modifiers, ICD-10 codes, payer-specific rules, and the presence of other CPTs on the same claim. In other situations, I need assistance understanding denial scenarios—for example, determining which CPT a denied code was bundled into and why. I am very cautious about making incorrect assumptions due to gaps in my billing knowledge, so I am looking for someone who can serve as a knowledgeable resource to help verify my reasoning and guide me through more complex billing concepts as they arise.
