PLS HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING ON HIGH END TECH BUSINESS PUNDIT SPEAKER REELS AND HAVE YOUR OWN REEL THAT SHOWS ME YOUR WORK. I have two projects I'm starting to work on.... The first one..... I gave the Morning Keynote at the NAI Sumitt in DC last week and I need to edit it. There are two video files... you'll probably just use the biggest one. The problem with the recording is they didn't zoom out to see the slides. So I'm wondering if you could add those in the attached deck. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/tl9udvetjxz0rc55cy2p9/AANCTXBKnVsunfWtXY4fpDE?rlkey=nb5sxmpmdg34pyfiaazx2it5g&dl=0 I'm pretty sure that mostly, you'll want the image of me talking in the lower corner while the deck is front and center, but you may want to play around with that a bit. I want this to look super professional. I have a second project where I'll be looking for someone to piece together a bunch of other video of me speaking - but that'll be a longer project. Can you help?

I’m looking for an editor who can turn a rough 9-minute Screen Studio recording into a polished 45–60 second product demo. The recording compares two Google Sheets tools. Your job is to identify the key moments, remove all unnecessary junk, and create a fast, engaging comparison that clearly demonstrates the setup and the output for each product (i.e. how each products performs the task in a way that makes it clear how they compare to each other) What you’ll do * Edit a 9-minute Screen Studio recording into a 45–60 second video. * Trim aggressively while preserving a clear narrative. * Speed up sections where appropriate. * Use Screen Studio camera movement, zooms, and focus effects to direct attention. * Reframe the recording so viewers always know what they’re looking at. The final video should * Be easy to follow, even for someone unfamiliar with the products. * Feel fast-paced without feeling rushed. * Highlight only the most important interactions. * Look polished and intentional—not like a simple screen recording. Deliverables * One 45–60 second Screen Studio video. * Source project file. * Exported 4K MP4. Please include examples of screen-recording or software demo videos you’ve edited. Experience with Screen Studio is strongly preferred.

The Opportunity We are looking for a skilled video editor to turn our long-form interview and podcast-style recordings into polished, engaging content for social media and YouTube. This is an ongoing need with consistent volume, so we are hoping to build a lasting relationship with the right person rather than fill a one-off project. About Us We are Princeton Mortgage. The goal of this content is clear: we want to attract talented loan officers to come work with us. Everything we produce is built to show loan officers why this is a place they would want to grow their career, through our culture, how our team works together, and what sets us apart. What has been working for us is building the personal brand of our CEO, Rich Weidel. His voice and personality are central to the content, and a lot of our best material comes from him sharing his perspective directly. The editing should keep him front and center and let his personality come through. The single most important thing to understand about our brand: we want to feel authentic and human, not corporate or overly polished. The footage is candid and conversational by design. Our editing style should protect that warmth rather than smooth it away. Source Content We record roughly hour-long conversations in an interview or podcast format, typically featuring our leadership and team members. From each recording we want to pull out the best moments and reshape them into the deliverables below. Footage will be provided via [Google Drive / Dropbox / your preferred method] as [raw multi-camera files / a single edited recording]. We can also share brand assets such as logos, fonts, and color guidelines once we are working together. What We Need 1. Short-Form Clips (Instagram and YouTube) - Vertical, 9:16 aspect ratio - Roughly 15 to 90 seconds each - A strong hook in the first 2 to 3 seconds to stop the scroll - Burned-in captions (clean, readable, on-brand styling) - Light text overlays, simple b-roll, or visual emphasis where it helps, but nothing that feels gimmicky or over-produced - Each clip should stand on its own and make sense without context Estimated volume: 3-5 clips per hour-long episode 2. Long-Form Edits - Horizontal, 16:9 aspect ratio - Around 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the strength of the content - Tightened for pacing: remove filler, dead air, and tangents while keeping the conversation feeling natural - Light intro and outro, lower thirds for names and titles, and subtle branding - Optional captions or an SRT file [confirm preference] Estimated volume: 1-2 clips per hour-long episode Style and Tone - Warm, conversational, and genuine - Edits should feel like a real conversation, not a commercial - Prioritize authentic moments, personality, and emotion over slick transitions - When in doubt, less is more: clean and human beats flashy and corporate We are happy to share a couple of reference videos that capture the vibe we are going for once we connect. Technical Notes - Deliver in 1080p minimum, 4K preferred where source allows - Standard formats (MP4, H.264) unless we request otherwise - Files delivered via shared drive folder organized by episode Timeline and Turnaround - We expect new source content roughly at least biweekly, potentially weekly - Target turnaround per batch: 5 business days - Please flag your current availability and typical turnaround in your proposal What to Include in Your Proposal 1. A short intro about you and your editing experience, especially with talking-head or podcast content 2. Links to 2 or 3 samples, ideally including both short-form clips and long-form edits 3. Your rate structure (per clip, per episode, hourly, or a retainer, whichever you prefer) 4. Your typical turnaround time and current availability 5. The editing tools you work in Nice to Have - Experience editing recruitment, employer-brand, or people-focused content - A feel for social trends and what performs well on Instagram and YouTube - Ability to suggest clip ideas and hooks from raw footage, not just execute a shot list We are excited to find someone who gets what we are going for and wants to grow with us. Thanks for taking a look, and we look forward to seeing your work.

I’m looking for a video editor for a YouTube channel in the bodycam, police encounter, and arrest footage niche. The idea is pretty simple. We find videos in this niche that are already doing well, then re edit them with a better style, a better angle, stronger pacing, and a more engaging story. We are not trying to reinvent the wheel. We want to take what works, improve it, and make it feel more unique. The main thing I care about is retention. The video needs a strong intro hook, good cuts, a real sounding AI voice, and pacing that keeps people watching. Our goal is to aim for around 46% average percentage viewed or better. It would also be a plus if you know how to reverse engineer videos and find the original unedited footage. For example, taking screenshots from a video and using Google image search to track down the original source. The edit should feel clean, entertaining, and easy to watch. Nothing too over edited or fake looking. Just a better version of what already works. My budget is low right now because the channel is still growing, but I am looking for someone long term. As the channel grows, the budget will increase too. Please send me a few examples of videos you have edited and let me know what rate you are thinking per video. Thank you.

Looking for a video editor assistant where you will primarily only work on creating the finalized version of the raw cut, which you would then pass to our primary video editor! This would come with the most consistent work you will probably ever find on this site :) You would mainly work on just syncing audio and video files, make the raw cut, adding in voiceovers for the story layering over broll on top of it, and adding very small edits then pass it to me through frame io for review, I will make notes on where to cut out footage, and then once all good to go pass that file to our other editors to color grade + vfx + advanced sound design You should be able to work in Premiere Pro and DaVinci, and we utilize Black Magic Cloud to pass along to each other in the team. You would be joining a great team where you can learn and grow as well as make some great content. Must be hard working, team player, meet deadlines, and communicative. If interested please, don't send an ai generated response. Thanks! BONUS POINTS: If you know golf
