I am looking for someone who can simply investigate my entire funnel: advertising, to landing page, to rerouted page, to links, to email sequences, etc. Essentially, I have a funnel that looks like this: 1) Facebook/instagram lead magnet ad, 2) lead magnet landing page (user inputs name and email; they get the lead magnet in their email), 3) user then rerouted to a page explaining my online course (with links, etc.). In past years, I would get leads for around $0.50 per lead, which was great. However (it's a long story, but I put my course onto another site and now I am back to having it as a Wix Program on my Wix site), in the past few days, I have had something like 1 new lead despite 1,800 clicks (it looks like more than that, but most of those submissions are me trying to figure out the problem). When I test out the forms, etc. myself, it all seems to work fine. I can't quite put my finger on the problem. Thus, I am looking for someone to go through my entire funnel and try to figure out what is the problem. Maybe the problem is that it is just that bad, haha, I don't know! But I don't have the time or expertise to figure it out! Whoever is hired should have an understanding of Facebook advertising, especially the Facebook advertising platform, but also an understanding of Wix, Wix analytics, etc.

All right, so I have an online bookstore, hosted on Shopify. These are in my arsenal: *Shopify *Unbounce *Mouseflow *Klaviyo *facebook Ads Manager This isn't just a set it and forget it campaign. I want to genuinely understand how to use these products. I have a little something set up already, but I need help to make them the best they can be, and to understand how to use them fully. My book sales are... well, they're not fantastic. Is this because my book is bad? Or is it because the facebook ads are bad, or the Unbounce pages are lousy? This is a full-trust companionship because this is my world. Sales are lousy. I'm grateful for what I have right now, but I'm trying to make enough money to travel the world as a solopreneur. If you're looking to charge $2,000 to get your foot in the door, I'm sorry, I'm not the person for you. I need someone who genuinely wants to help me grow my business. That being said, I'm willing to offer 10% of sales to anyone who helps me optimize this thing. 10%. What is that? Well, it's how good we make it. If we make $100 a week, that's $10 a week. If we make $4,000 a week, that's $400 a week. Wait, that sounds lousy. How about this, we agree on a set price based on how much value we offer (money we make.) Maybe we make $4,000 a week after expenses and I pay you $1,000. Something like that. But payment is based off of what we make and if you can deliver. Not trying to be a dick, it's just that simple. I'm crazy. I do not stand under the status quo. But these things are not impossible. As Luke says in the Empire Strikes Back when he can't lift his X-Wing out of the swamp using the Force, "It's no good. It's too big." To which Yoda responds, "Size matters not." I need someone honest and genuine, who can reach out their hand and pull me up out of the swamp. Someone who can help me see what I don't see. I need my Yoda in Marketing and Sales. I'm not looking for the Dean Graziosi's of the world that just want to line their pockets. I'm not delegating responsibility of my business- I'm learning how to drive it. I need to learn how to drive this vehicle optimally. Are you in?

We're FundraisingZone, a school-fundraising company that's been helping schools, PTAs, booster clubs, and youth sports organizations raise money since 1965. Our brand promise is simple: Raise More. Stress Less. We're looking for a social media specialist to bring that same energy to our content and paid advertising. This starts as a paid trial project. If it goes well — and we're genuinely hoping it does — it becomes an ongoing monthly engagement through our busy fall and winter fundraising seasons and beyond. What you'd own: Organic content: Short-form video (Reels / Shorts / TikTok) and feed posts aimed at our audience — PTA/PTO leaders, booster club organizers, youth sports coaches, and parent volunteers. Think practical, upbeat, "this makes your fundraiser easier" content. We already produce some AI-assisted video and have product tie-ins (e.g. Pop Daddy popcorn/pretzel campaigns) you can build on. Paid social: Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns to drive free-kit requests and enrollment inquiries. Facebook is where our decision-makers live, so strong Meta Ads Manager skills matter most. The trial project (first deliverable): A 2–3 week sprint where you deliver a small batch of finished content (a handful of short videos + matching posts) and stand up one paid campaign with proper targeting, creative, and tracking. A short content + ad calendar showing what an ongoing month would look like. A quick wrap-up on early results and what you'd adjust. You're a strong fit if you have: A track record running Meta paid social with real results (please reference specific accounts/outcomes). A portfolio of short-form video and social content — bonus if you've worked with small businesses, schools, nonprofits, or seasonal/parent-focused brands. Comfortable working independently and turning a brand voice into a steady stream of content. Bonus: experience with AI-assisted video tools. Logistics: This is remote. We'll provide brand assets, colors, voice guidelines, and product info. Tell us your rate (hourly or per-deliverable) for the trial, and how you'd typically structure an ongoing monthly retainer. To apply, please answer: Share 1–2 examples of short-form social content you created and one paid campaign you ran (with the result). In two sentences: how would you make "school fundraising", etc feel fresh and scroll-stopping? Are you available to start within the next two weeks? (We read every application that answers these — generic copy-paste proposals get skipped.)

About the project: We're producing a paid Meta ad campaign for a mental health care provider in the Houston area. We need a UGC-style creator to film a 30–45 second selfie-cam testimonial video that feels raw, real, and relatable — not produced or overly polished. This will run as a paid Facebook and Instagram ad. The character is a busy working adult (parent, professional, or both) who found mental health support through this treatment brand after putting it off for too long. You don't need to have been a patient — this is a scripted performance, but it needs to feel genuine. What we need: -1 finished vertical video (9:16, 1080x1920), 30–45 seconds -Selfie-cam style, natural lighting — bedroom, living room, or car setting preferred -Warm, conversational delivery — like you're talking to a friend, not presenting to a camera -Delivered as an MP4 ready for Meta ad upload -Script will be provided — but natural ad-libs and authentic delivery are encouraged Script summary (full script provided upon hire): The creator talks directly to camera about how they kept putting off getting help because of a busy schedule, found this treatment program, got seen the next day, and now feels like themselves again. Ends with a direct peer-to-peer CTA encouraging viewers to fill out the form. Ideal creator: -Has UGC ad experience, especially in wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle categories -Comfortable with emotional, vulnerable storytelling without overdoing it -Diverse backgrounds encouraged — we are specifically looking for creators who reflect working parents, young professionals, and adults 25–45 Samples of UGC testimonial or "talking head" ad content required to apply To apply, please include: -1–2 examples of UGC testimonial or story-driven videos you've created -A brief note on your experience with scripted vs. natural delivery -Your rate and turnaround time

*Please read this full post before applying as it's not for everyone * I am not looking for a canned proposal. I won't respond to obviously AI responses * Potential dealbreakers below I am looking for a long-term Google Ads and social media ads specialist who understands small business budgets, local service businesses, hourly work, and clear reporting. I have been in the website and marketing industry for 20+ years. Over time, I have focused my work on WordPress websites, SEO, and marketing support for American small businesses. Most of my clients are local, service-based businesses, no e-commerce. My clients include general contractors, excavators, concrete companies, fence builders, deck builders, dog walkers, therapists, nonprofit consultants, tree farms, and other small business owners. I am looking for someone who can help manage simple paid ad campaigns for some of these clients. This may include Google, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and maybe even ChatGPT ads, or a mix depending on the client. Some campaigns may be ongoing. Others may be short-term campaigns for a specific service, event, season, promotion, or business need. I need someone who is comfortable with both. This would be a small team relationship. I want someone reliable, practical, honest, and easy to communicate with. *Possibly dealbreaker for you* Important pricing and workflow note: I do not work on large monthly retainers or project-based pricing. My company bills clients based on real time worked. I know most ad specialists have a monthly minimum per client with package deals starting at $500-1,000/month. That just doesn't work for my clients who are small, local businesses with tight budgets. Each invoice to my client is broken down by: Client Task Time worked If a task takes 10 minutes, I bill 10 minutes. If it takes 47 minutes, I bill 47 minutes. I need someone who is willing to work the same way. Please do not apply if you require a monthly minimum per client. Some clients may only have $100 per month available for ad management. Some may have more. The work will vary by client and by month. This is very important. I work with small businesses that need honest, practical marketing help without being forced into large retainers they cannot afford. Time tracking and payment: You will need to use my FreshBooks Contractor account to track your time. Time must be tracked by client and task. I invoice clients and pay contractors around the first of each month. Honest time tracking is required. Inflated time, padded hours, vague time entries, or time clock theft are dealbreakers. I am loyal to good people, and I want this to become a long-term working relationship. But honesty, integrity, clear communication, and accurate time tracking are non-negotiable. The work may include: - Setting up basic Google and social media campaigns from scratch - Some ad accounts have already been started so will need to give you access. After which, you're welcome to work your magic with the data I've got and create new campaigns. - I'll need you to take lead on guiding me to get you the right access to accounts and to share with me. - Generating New Ads: Doing basic keyword research, writing ad copy, setting location targeting based on client direction and current website, reviewing landing pages if necessary, etc. - Maintaining Ads: Checking search terms, pausing poor-performing items, adjusting keywords or targeting, updating ad copy, reviewing spend, etc. - Monthly Reporting: Send a monthly report via email to me that I will forward to the client after review. You can include any notable highlights they should know or questions to ask. Most campaigns will be simple. I am not looking for overly complicated agency-style campaign builds. I need clean, organized, practical campaigns for local service businesses. You should be comfortable communicating with me directly. Over time, if needed, you can communicate directly with my clients after I make an introduction. Please have: - Well-written communication - Strong customer service skills - A positive attitude - Patience with small budgets Tools You'll Use: - Asana for project management - FreshBooks for time tracking - Search Atlas - I use for SEO but you can use whatever tool you prefer This may be a good fit if: - You intimately understand the back end of the Google ecosystem (Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Tags, etc.) - You've been doing this long enough that you don't need much direction. - You don't just go through the motions of running ads but actually use your brain and help these small businesses get leads and survive. - You're completely comfortable with small budgets, small business owners, and sometimes fickle budgets. - You don't require monthly minimums and have no problem working hourly and even prefer it that way for transparency and honesty. - You're interested in long-term work. This is not a good fit if you: - Only work with large ad budgets - Require a monthly minimum per client - Require large retainers - Only work on project-based pricing - Do not want detailed hourly tracking - Do not want to use FreshBooks for time tracking - Do not want to work with small local businesses I am looking for someone for the long haul. If I find the right fit, I believe this can grow over time. I already have a solid base of about 40 clients, and I am confident I will bring in more work once I have the right person helping with paid ads.
