We're a boutique sell-side M&A advisory firm that represents business owners ($10M-$90M revenue) taking their companies to market. For each active mandate, we need to identify and reach the right acquirers (e.g., strategic buyers, PE firms, and family offices) who match a specific Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) we provide. Role type: This is a part-time role and we're looking to fill it immediately. For the right person, there's a real path to this growing into a full-time, ongoing role as our deal volume increases. Please only apply if you're available to start right away. This first project: We already have a running start: roughly 10,000 verified email addresses in hand, plus a target list of just over 1,000 companies already identified. For those 1,000+ companies, we need you to identify the right contacts by title (2-3 people per company) and find and verify their email addresses. In addition, there are up to a few hundred more companies still to be identified against our ICP, then researched the same way (contacts by title, 2-3 per company, verified emails). What you'll do: Company identification. For the remaining few hundred companies, research and compile targets that match the ICP we provide (industry, revenue/EBITDA range, geography, buyer type, etc.). Contact identification. For all 1,000+ companies (existing list plus newly identified ones), identify 2-3 decision-makers per company based on target titles we provide (typically corp dev, M&A, or C-suite). Email verification. Find and verify current, deliverable email addresses for each contact (using tools like Apollo, Clay, Hunter, ZoomInfo, or similar; we're open to your stack of choice as long as verification quality is high). Campaign build & send. Write and deploy multi-touch outbound email sequences introducing the opportunity, using a domain/inbox warmup and deliverability setup that protects our sender reputation. We currently send through EmailBison, but we're not wedded to it. Open to your recommendation if you have a stack you prefer. Reply routing (required). Build automation so that any prospect who replies is automatically detected and moved off the cold sequence into a separate nurture list/pipeline for warm follow-up (we'll handle the actual deal conversation from there). Reporting. Weekly summary of companies/contacts identified, emails sent, and reply/list health. Open-rate tracking is not required or expected. Must-haves: -Proven experience with ABM/outbound list building and cold email deliverability (not just email marketing to an existing list) -Hands-on experience building reply-detected to move-to-nurture automations (via Clay, n8n, Zapier, Smartlead/Instantly native logic, or similar). This is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have. -Fluency with a modern outbound stack (EmailBison, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar) and CRM/list-routing logic Comfortable working with confidential deal information under NDA -Strong written English for professional, credible outreach copy (we'll provide most of the copy) ) -Available to start immediately on a part-time basis Nice-to-haves: -Experience in M&A, private equity, or investment banking outreach
