We are looking for a high-end editor with green screen and After Effects experience for both supers/text work and background plate manipulation (adding movement and motion to a still image background plate) to edit a 15-20 minute long pharma-sponsored medical education video with a single subject sharing lots of onscreen visuals and data in the form of supers/text, graphs, etc. We filmed a doctor in various framings (full, medium and cu) reading a script on a green screen cyc stage. We lit the subject to match an existing background plate. The background plate is of an exterior prairie field and will require some comp and manipulation to add movement (moving clouds/horizon, slightly swaying trees, etc.). We need someone with exceptional keying skills (and possibly some roto) to place the doctor into the background plate, add appropriate ground shadow for wide shots of the doctor, as well as do a few post-production camera movements (mostly subtle track/zoom ins and outs). In addition, this video has a ton of text, graphics and date slides. These floating slides require motion graphics work and will share the screen with the doctor, or take up the full screen (depending on how info-dense the slides are). While we have the script and storyboards, many of these data visuals/slides will also need to be developed and layered in Photoshop/Illustrator in preparation for editing and motion graphics work. We have many previous examples we can share. Please do not apply if you do not have extensive experience making these types of educational and live footage explainer videos.

I need a local Orlando person to record raw walking footage at Orlando International Airport (MCO), Terminal A only. You must be comfortable filming video in a busy public area. This is for an airport wayfinding/map project. The goal is to show exactly how a traveler arriving at Terminal A gets from Terminal A baggage claim/arrivals to the Terminal A rental car counter area, and then how a customer follows the actual path from each rental company's Terminal A counter or sign to that company's vehicle pickup area in the garage or parking area. This is not cinematic videography, not an event, and no editing is needed. I only need clear, steady, useful walking footage. Scope: MCO Terminal A rental car flow only. Do not cover Terminal B unless needed for a clearly shared sign or route context. Do not cover Terminal C. Do not cover off-airport rental shuttles. Base pay: $75 fixed price. Completion bonus: +$15 if all visible and publicly accessible required coverage is captured clearly and uploaded successfully. Expected on-site time: approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours. If this Terminal A footage is completed well, I may offer a similar follow-up job for Terminal B. Rights and usage: By accepting this job, you agree that all recorded video and photos from this task belong to me and may be used on my website, maps, YouTube channel, and related materials. General filming rules: * Record horizontal / landscape video only. * 1080p / Full HD is fine. * 30 fps is fine. * No editing. * No narration. * No zoom. Use normal 1x camera only. * Clean the camera lens before starting. * Make sure the phone has enough battery and storage before starting. * Hold phone steady at chest or eye level. * Angle slightly upward when possible so overhead signs are readable. * Walk naturally and slowly, like a traveler going to pick up a rental car. * Pause briefly at important signs so they are readable. * Pause briefly before turns, then turn slowly. * Do not point, gesture, or talk to the camera. * Do not film TSA/security checkpoints or restricted areas. * Do not zoom in on rental company logos. * Do not make staged logo shots. * If airport staff or security asks you to stop filming, stop immediately and tell me afterward. * First clean take is enough. Do not re-record unless a sign/turn is blocked, unreadable, or missed. * Any visible faces in the footage will be blurred during post-processing. * When moving between the counter area and a pickup garage level, prefer the elevator over the escalator when both are available. In the terminal and baggage claim areas, escalators are fine. Required rental companies to capture where visible: 1. Alamo 2. Avis 3. Budget 4. Dollar 5. Enterprise 6. Hertz 7. National 8. Payless 9. SIXT 10. Thrifty Required checklist: 1. Terminal A baggage claim / arrivals to Terminal A rental counter area 2. Terminal A rental counter area overview 3. Counter/sign coverage for all 10 listed companies where visible in Terminal A 4. Counter-to-pickup route coverage from Terminal A counter/signs for all 10 listed companies where publicly accessible 5. Clear pickup/garage sign or company pickup area for all 10 listed companies where visible 6. Extra short clips for confusing turns, elevators, garage entries, or decision points, if any are encountered --- Segment 1 — Terminal A baggage claim / arrivals to Terminal A rental counter area Start in Terminal A baggage claim / arrivals area. Show enough context to confirm this is Terminal A — baggage claim signs, terminal signs, carousel signs, or overhead signs. Walk naturally following signs toward Ground Transportation / Rental Cars / Rental Car Counters. End when the Terminal A rental car counter area or clear rental car counter signage is visible. Segment 2 — Terminal A rental counter area overview At the Terminal A rental counter area, record a short overview of the space. Slowly pan left to right across the counter area, pause briefly in the center, then slowly pan right to left. Walk to a central position with a good view before starting the pan if needed. The goal is to show the layout naturally — turn slowly, like a traveler taking in the surroundings. Segment 3 — Terminal A counter and company sign coverage Walk through the Terminal A rental counter area at a natural pace. Capture a clear, readable view of each listed company sign or counter where publicly visible. If the counter area spans more than one pass, two direction passes are fine. A natural readable view is enough. No staged shots, no closeups. Do not zoom. Companies to cover: * Alamo * Avis * Budget * Dollar * Enterprise * Hertz * National * Payless * SIXT * Thrifty --- Segment 4 — Terminal A company counter-to-pickup route coverage For each listed rental company, record the real customer route from that company's Terminal A counter or sign to that company's vehicle pickup area in the garage or parking area. For each company route: * Start with that company's Terminal A counter or sign clearly visible and readable. * Follow airport signs exactly as a customer would — do not skip any signed turn or decision point. * If there are multiple elevators, escalators, walkways, or garage access points along the way, take the route directed by airport signs for that company. * Prefer elevators over escalators between the counter area and pickup garage levels when both are available. * Continue recording until that company's pickup sign, booth, stall area, garage sign, or vehicle pickup area is clearly visible. * Do not enter restricted or employee-only areas. * Do not zoom. If a company does not have a visible Terminal A counter or a clearly signed pickup area, capture the closest relevant airport or company signage and note it briefly in your upload message. This will not count against you if it was genuinely not visible or accessible. Efficient grouping is allowed: If multiple companies clearly share the same route, elevator, hallway, garage level, or pickup area, you may record them in one continuous clip rather than repeating the same walk. However: * each company's counter or sign must be clearly visible before the shared route begins or at the start of that section * each company's pickup sign or pickup area must be clearly visible by the end * the footage must make clear which companies were covered in that clip The goal is complete, usable wayfinding coverage — not ten duplicated walks if the route is the same. --- Segment 5 — Confusing turns / decision points (as needed) If any turn, elevator, hallway, garage entry, or navigation decision point feels confusing or easy to miss, record one short extra clip showing: * the sign or marking at that point * the correct direction to go * what the traveler should see next This is optional but encouraged wherever the route is genuinely unclear. --- Photos: Please also take 2 to 4 horizontal photos: * one or two photos showing MCO / Terminal A context * one or two photos showing clear Rental Cars / Ground Transportation / Rental Car Pickup signage Deliverables: * Upload original raw video clips and photos. * No editing. * No renaming required. * Google Drive upload link will be provided after hiring. * WeTransfer is also acceptable if Google Drive upload has issues. Acceptance criteria: Full base payment requires at least 90% of required coverage units to be usable. Coverage units include: * the Terminal A arrival-to-counter flow * the Terminal A counter area overview * each visible company counter or sign * each visible and publicly accessible company counter-to-pickup route * each visible company pickup/garage sign or pickup area A company counter-to-pickup route counts as complete only if: * the Terminal A starting counter or sign context is clearly visible at the start * the footage follows the actual customer route, including all signed turns and access points * the footage ends with that company's pickup sign, pickup area, or the closest available pickup signage Any coverage unit counts as usable if: * the correct location or route is shown * signs are readable enough to understand the direction * footage is horizontal * footage is not badly blurred, blocked, or unusable * the clip is uploaded successfully If a company's counter or pickup area is not publicly visible, closed, or missing signage, the freelancer should capture the closest relevant sign or context and note it in the upload message. This will not automatically count against them if it was genuinely unavailable. If less than 90% of required coverage units are usable, I may request the missing items before approving the milestone. If missing items cannot be completed, payment may be reduced proportionally based on the number of usable coverage units delivered. The $15 completion bonus is paid if: * the Terminal A arrival-to-counter flow is captured * all visible company counter signs are captured * all visible and publicly accessible company counter-to-pickup routes are captured * pickup signage or pickup areas are clearly visible for each company where accessible * all raw files are uploaded successfully * footage is horizontal, readable, and usable throughout Please apply only if you are comfortable carefully following this checklist and comfortable filming video in a busy public airport. In your proposal, please answer: 1. Are you local to Orlando and able to go to MCO? 2. What phone or camera would you use? 3. Can you record horizontal 1080p video? 4. The budget is $75 fixed price, with a possible $15 completion bonus. Please confirm whether you can complete the full scope for this amount. 5. When could you complete the shoot? 6. Are you comfortable following the checklist, including filming video in a busy public airport?

The Role & Clear Expectations: We post high-quality, data-driven short-form videos 3 times a day across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. We are looking for a fast, reliable Video Editor who can support our Lead Video Editor to increase our output, tackle quick-turnaround trending news, and work through the weekends. Your tasks will include: Editing Short-Form Content: Cutting talking-head, faceless, and documentary-style exposé videos that are optimized for high retention and shareability. Fast Turnarounds & Weekend Coverage: While most of our content is scheduled 7-14 days in advance, we frequently jump on breaking health news (e.g., a major brand recall). You must be available on weekends to edit and deliver videos rapidly. Visual Storytelling: Incorporating B-roll, crisp IRL product shots, and app screen-recordings seamlessly into the footage. Brand Alignment: Editing in a style that is authoritative, direct, and informational. We focus on "empowerment over fear" and rely on clean, professional pacing rather than hyper-frantic, over-stimulating edits. The Skills Required: Advanced Video Editing: Expert proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar software. Mastery of Pacing & Hooks: You understand exactly how to cut a video for the first 3 seconds to maximize scroll-stopping retention. Attention to Detail: You must be meticulous when overlaying text or graphics—in our industry, a single typo on a lab result or contaminant metric is a critical error. Reliability: Proven ability to hit tight deadlines and turn around edits within 24 hours when required. Weekend availability is a must. Since we operate asynchronously, clear written communication is critical. We expect you to: Ask clarifying questions immediately if the script or provided B-roll is confusing. Be highly receptive to rapid feedback and revisions from our Lead Video Editor and Science Team. Provide reliable, concise updates on your progress in Slack without needing to be chased down. About Us & How We Work: We are a fast-growing consumer health technology company that helps users find the healthiest food, water, and personal care products based on independent lab data and scientific research. Our culture is built on empowering team members, autonomous workflows, and outputting insanely high-quality work. We strongly believe in personal freedom and flexibility. We minimize mandatory meetings and rely heavily on organized, asynchronous communication via Slack and Notion. You will be working directly with our Lead Video Editor and content production team in a highly collaborative but independent environment. To Apply: Please link to 2-3 short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) you have edited that you feel best demonstrate your pacing and professional style. If you are handed raw footage and a script on a Saturday morning about a breaking health news story, what is your realistic turnaround time for a polished 60-second video?
