We're an established premium men's grooming brand rebuilding our content library. We have professionally drafted, well-structured articles on men's skincare and grooming, and we need a genuine subject-matter expert to make them accurate, authoritative, and trustworthy before they go live. This is not a copyediting or proofreading job. The drafts are already clean and readable. What we need is your expertise: adding real practitioner insight, verifying every health-related claim, and lending your professional credentials as the named expert reviewer on each page. Scope: 8 hub articles (roughly 1,200–2,000 words each) covering men's skincare routines, shaving, acne, anti-aging, sun protection, hair/scalp, and body care. We expect to start with 1–2 as a paid trial, then continue with the rest if it's a good fit. What you'll do on each article: Fill in marked [EXPERT] spots with specific, first-hand insight only a practitioner would know. Verify or correct every marked [VERIFY] health/skincare claim against current dermatological consensus; flag anything that can't be supported. Confirm marked [PRODUCT FACT] details against the product pages we provide. Add your name, credentials, and a short bio as the page's expert reviewer. Your value is your background for accuracy and expertise input. These are health-adjacent pages, so getting the facts right is the entire point. Requirements: A verifiable credential or demonstrable expertise in skincare/grooming — e.g., Dermatologist, licensed esthetician, dermatology-adjacent professional, cosmetic chemist, or a writer/editor with a substantial, verifiable track record in the men's grooming/skincare niche. Willingness to be named publicly as the expert reviewer, with your real credentials, on the published pages. Ability to distinguish supported claims from marketing fluff and to flag/cut anything that isn't accurate. Native or fluent English. Comfortable working in Google Docs or Markdown with inline editorial markers. Who this is NOT for: general copyeditors, proofreaders, or generalist content writers without specific skincare/grooming subject expertise. Please don't apply if you can't be named with relevant credentials. To apply: In your first line, tell us your specific credential or niche background, and link to one example of skincare/grooming content you've written or reviewed. Applications that skip this will be passed over.

We are ramping up a fairly aggressive video production calendar and we need a top-tier, highly experienced video editor who can be available on an on-call basis for repeated editing projects. We expect to produce roughly 2 videos per month. Our videos are for the most product testimonials and interviews running around 2:45-3:00 minutes long, with other types of videos occasionally in the mix. Workflow: we will upload footage from film shoots into a shared cloud drive, we will provide storyboards/outlines, and you will create the finished video product. Occasionally, you will be asked to review footage and make your own selections based on our broad vision rather than a detailed storyboard. For the right editor we expect this to be ongoing for the foreseeable future. We will provide as much notice as we can when a video project is incoming, but we are hoping to find someone who can essentially take projects on an on-call basis, whenever we need a video put together. What we're looking for: - someone who can catch the vision of what we're trying to accomplish, and who can execute our storyboards/outlines in a way that taps into and represents our broad vision. - someone who can respond quickly when we need a video edited. - someone who works well with a back-and-forth revision process that may include numerous iterations, and will most likely include very fine-grain-detail revisions - someone who produces high quality video with an eye to detail, and whose work is clean and error-free We're looking for an editor who can bring our vision for stunning and compelling video content to life, and when we find that editor we plan to send regular ongoing projects on a reliable and steady schedule. PLEASE SHARE WORK SAMPLES OF CORPORATE INTERVIEWS AND PRODUCT TESTIMONIALS.

I am an independent romance author seeking an experienced freelance social media manager and short-form video editor to support the growing Francesca Frost author brand and my novel, The Crypto King’s Muse. The brand is sophisticated, cinematic, emotionally charged, romantic, and visually cohesive—combining themes of luxury, fashion, cryptocurrency, danger, desire, grief, transformation, and unforgettable love. This will begin as a one-month hourly trial, with the potential to become an ongoing part-time position. Independent freelancers only, please—no agencies. The Role The position has three primary components: 1. Weekly Social Media Management Prepare and publish approximately three posts per week, primarily on Instagram and TikTok. I create the concepts, imagery, captions, and much of the core content. You will be responsible for turning those materials into polished, platform-ready posts, including: Editing and formatting Reels, carousels, and short-form videos Adding specific or approved music and audio clips Creating transitions, pacing, text overlays, and platform-appropriate variations Scheduling and publishing content Adapting posts appropriately for Instagram and TikTok rather than simply duplicating them Maintaining a consistent visual identity, voice, and emotional tone 2. Audiobook Release Campaign Help plan and execute a coordinated social media campaign for the upcoming audiobook release of The Crypto King’s Muse. The campaign will include: Audiobook announcement and launch buildup Narrator reveals Character-focused teasers Strategically selected audiobook excerpts Release countdown and launch content Post-release content that continues to showcase the narrators, chemistry, themes, and world of the novel I am looking for someone who can help shape these assets into a cohesive campaign—not simply post isolated promotional clips. 3. Book Trailer Content Strategy Professionally produced video book trailers are also planned. You will help determine how to use them effectively across social media by creating and scheduling: Full trailer releases Shortened edits and teaser clips Character- or theme-specific excerpts Stills, text-led posts, and carousel content derived from the trailers A rollout strategy that extends the life of each trailer without becoming repetitive Ideal Experience and Skills Demonstrated experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts Strong short-form video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar tools Experience editing music, spoken-word audio, captions, and text overlays An excellent eye for pacing, typography, visual storytelling, and brand consistency Ability to follow an established creative direction without imposing generic templates or trends that do not suit the brand Knowledge of platform-native audio, music use, hashtags, scheduling, and current best practices Organized, dependable, communicative, and comfortable working through an approval process Experience with authors, books, audiobooks, entertainment, romance, fashion, or luxury brands is strongly preferred Initial Trial Deliverables During the one-month trial, I anticipate: Approximately three completed and published posts per week A simple monthly content calendar An initial audiobook campaign outline Recommendations for repurposing book trailer content A brief weekly performance summary with practical recommendations Consistent communication and reliable turnaround times To Apply Please include: Links to three relevant examples of social media content you personally edited or managed, including at least one Reel or TikTok. A brief explanation of your role in creating each example. Your initial ideas for building anticipation around an audiobook narrator reveal. The software you use, your time zone, current availability, hourly rate, and estimated weekly hours for this scope. Please also confirm that you are applying as an individual freelancer and not through an agency. I'm looking for someone to do the legwork for me of securing permissions to use partial lyrics of two songs for a memoir. I started the process, then got sidetracked when the company I was speaking to, after explaining their basic requirements then said another company was now responsible for the songs I was inquiring about: "I'm Coming Out" (1970) by Nile Rodgers and Bernard Edwards, and "Gloria" (1979) by Umberto Tozzi and Giancarlo Bigazzi. Is this something you do?
