We’re a growing screen printing and embroidery company producing custom apparel including shirts, hoodies, hats, and more. I film all of our content myself using a Sony A7III. I’m not a professional videographer, but I capture plenty of good raw footage from inside the shop. I’m looking for a long-term video editor to help turn that footage into engaging 10–20 second reels for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. What We Used to Do We’ve created plenty of “montage” style videos—printing, embroidery, shirts being made, machines running, all synced to music. They look great, but we’ve found they mostly appeal to other printers and people already in the industry. What We Need Now We’re moving more toward short explainer-style reels that combine: Fast-paced editing Captions and subtitles Voiceovers Storytelling Hooks that grab attention Clear messaging aimed at potential customers, not just industry people The goal is to educate viewers and explain what they’re seeing while still making the videos visually appealing. Voiceover Requirements This is very important: I do NOT want generic AI voices that sound robotic or stock. Natural-sounding voiceovers are a huge plus.
