I get consumer brands into more stores. If your product already sells but you don't have a real system for wholesale, that's the part I handle.
Here's what that looks like: I figure out which retailers are worth going after, do the outreach by email and phone, sort out who's actually interested, and tell you every week what's working and what isn't. You run your brand. I bring you the buyers.
One thing I've learned the hard way: reply rate doesn't mean much to me. Sample requests and real orders are the only numbers worth watching. So I don't just push volume. I find the retailers that actually place orders, drop the ones that waste time, and lean into what's landing.
Where this comes from: most recently I ran outbound for a studio that handles a few consumer brands, and the work grew from one brand to three. I built the targeting they ended up using as their standard, and found money they'd left sitting in stalled orders and broken promo codes.
