I took one company from $10M to $45M by spotting a product category they'd overlooked, and built another's Amazon division from idle inventory to $2M in revenue at 30%+ margins, without a dollar of paid advertising. That's the through-line of my work: find the value a business already has sitting unused, and turn it into revenue.
Both came from the same habit, getting into how a business actually runs, finding the opportunity it already has, and building it without overcomplicating it.
Within ecommerce, Amazon is where I go deepest, twenty years inside Seller Central across brands of every size. My approach is straightforward: keywords bring customers to a listing, images convert them, and businesses that scale sustainably get that foundation right before they lean on ad spend. Advertising works best as an amplifier for something already working, not a substitute for it.
That same hands-on approach extends past Amazon into P&L ownership, purchasing, supplier relationships, inventory and logistics, and process improvement. Because I came up through the actual work, I can also direct the people and partners around a business, designers, VAs, 3PLs, and suppliers, toward the outcome. I know what quality work requires, so I am not relaying instructions I could not execute myself.
I work with brands at every stage, from sellers finding their first real traction to established eight-figure catalogs, that need a senior operator rather than another set of hands. Most work runs through flat-rate projects or monthly retainers, scoped to what the account actually needs rather than tracked hourly.
