Hello! My name is Gjoko Momir. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from the University for Information Science and Technology in Information Science, Visualization, Multimedia and Animation and my passion is Video Games. I have decent experience with 3D Modeling and Texturing in Blender and Substance Painter, photography and editing in Photoshop and good understanding of general game design. During my education at the university, I have participated in several coding marathons and game-jams where my teams and I usually worked on game development projects. We got the third place at a competitive event for a 3D puzzle game which we created in less than 36 hours. One of the most important projects that I've worked on was the university's "3D Archaeology" project. In conjunction with the local archaeologists and historians, we recreated an early Christian basilica in every stage of its existence. I worked on modeling the interior, mostly in 3Ds Max and then implementing the finished models in Unity3D. We used a game engine in an attempt to showcase the viability of Augmented and Virtual Reality for educational purposes and ultimately as a showpiece in a museum, or right at the location where the building existed. We were each awarded the Rector's Award for our work on this project. Since graduating from university, I have worked on and off on projects mostly involving 3D Modeling and Texturing in Blender and Substance Painter. I also have familiarity with game engines such as Unity3D and Unreal Engine.
