I’m a senior Japanese Mechanical & Electronics Engineer. I help people turn ideas into real working products, from early concept to prototype and manufacturing-ready files. My work covers both the electronics side and the mechanical side, so I can help when a product needs a PCB, enclosure, structure, wiring, assembly design, or full product development. I like working on practical designs that are easy to build, easy to test, and ready for real use. On the electronics side, I can help with: - PCB design and layout - Schematic design - Circuit review and troubleshooting - Power supply circuits - Sensor and control circuits - Microcontroller-based systems - Wiring diagrams - BOM preparation - Gerber files and manufacturing files On the mechanical side, I can help with: - 3D CAD design - Product enclosure design - Mechanical parts and assemblies - Sheet metal or plastic part design - Prototype design - Design for manufacturing - 2D technical drawings - Assembly drawings - Mechanical improvements for existing products I can also help review an existing design and find problems before manufacturing. Many small issues in PCB layout, enclosure clearance, mounting holes, wiring, heat, or assembly can become expensive later. I try to catch those problems early and keep the design simple and reliable. My usual goal is not just to make something look good on screen. I focus on whether the product can actually be made, assembled, tested, and used properly. I care about clear communication, clean files, and practical engineering decisions. I can support you with: - New product development - Prototype improvement - PCB and enclosure matching - CAD model changes - Manufacturing file preparation - Product redesign - Technical drawings - Engineering consultation I’m comfortable working with clients who have only a rough idea, a sketch, an old design, or a product that needs fixing. You can explain the problem in simple words, and I’ll help turn it into a clear engineering plan. Before starting, I usually like to understand: - What the product should do - How it will be used - Size or space limits - Power requirements - Manufacturing method - Any current problem in the design This helps me give better suggestions and avoid unnecessary work. If you need someone who can think about both electronics and mechanical design together, I’d be happy to help.

I know electrical and electronic circuits. I can design, simulate and create PCB boards, schematics, and layout for analog, digital, embedded, and power circuits. I have done many projects using Raspberry Pi, ESP32, Arduino, ARM, and PIC microcontrollers and many other MCUs. I have very good knowledge of WIFI, Bluetooth, SPI, UART, Serial and many other communications protocols. I have used Cam modules, NFC modules, IMU sensors, SIM modules, UWB modules, Fingerprint Sensors, and many other peripheral devices in my projects. Check some of project that I have done: ➣ NFC Fingerprint Key and Lock: In this STM32 MCU is used along with Bluetooth, NFC, storage, and security modules. A fingerprint sensor is used along with an NFC chip for the lock and unlock mechanism. I have done all the work from Circuit design, PCB layout to Programming. ➣ Vibrational Phone Cover: It had 12 vibrational motors was controlled by an ESP32 that was connected to the android phone through Bluetooth. Each of the 12 motors and their speed were controlled individually by phone through Bluetooth. ➣ NFC card password protection: In this Raspberry PI and PN532 card reader is used along with an RPI cam module to put data (URL) from the QR code to the NFC tag and password protect it. ➣ Moving Dot : In this, a Aim of a Gun is displayed on a transparent AR display. So that user can get where the Gun is aiming. In this IMU sensors with a Raspberry Pi Zero are used to detect the orientation of the gun, and Bluetooth and I2C were communication protocols in it. ➣ Laser Mouse : In these Android Phone is used to control the Mouse of PC. The mouse position can be controlled either by the changing orientation of the Android device or by the mouse pad on the Android device. The WIFI TCP protocol is used for communication. The whole Android and PC work, from building a test app to publishing it on the Google Play Store, was done by me. Android Studio is used to develop Android apps, and PC-side server apps are designed using Python. ➣ Bluetooth Speaker: The ESP32 is used to stream sound through Bluetooth, and a WS2812b RGB led was attached to it and programmed to react to music. ➣ Image Processing: Developed Python Program to Count Number of Cars on the Road using a Cam Stream from Raspberry Pi Cam to Control Traffic Lights. ➣ Bluetooth Hub: In this I Designed a PCB using Multiple Esp32, It was a Bluetooth Hub that get Input Sound Stream from Any Bt Audio Source and transfer it to multiple Bluetooth Speakers. Using this multiple Bluetooth Speaker Can be played by One Bluetooth sound source. Provided functionality to sync speakers, Adjust Volume and add or remove Bt Speakers. I have done many projects in WIFI and Bluetooth communication and have very good knowledge of Python, C++, C#, Java, and MATLAB. I make PCB boards schematic and layout design in Autodesk eagle. I know assembly language programming and have work experience with pic microcontrollers and MPLABX IDE.

Senior Embedded Firmware & Hardware Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in microcontroller development. I specialize in full-cycle product development — from schematic design and PCB layout (KiCad) to production-ready firmware and post-launch support. My main platforms are STM32, ESP32, and nRF52. I work with bare-metal and FreeRTOS in C/C++, CMake/GCC build systems, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, USB, Ethernet/LwIP, BLE, IEEE 802.15.4). I also implement secure data transmission with mbedTLS. I take full ownership of projects: I cover technical risks, debug complex issues, and deliver reliable solutions ready for mass production. One of my biggest achievements is the Baxi Ampera Plus electric boiler — a mass-produced device sold in multiple countries. I refactored a large legacy firmware codebase (Keil → CMake/GCC + CI/CD), reduced graphics library by 4000+ lines, and significantly improved maintainability and reliability. Other notable projects: Wireless sensor networks for spacecraft transport containers (IEEE 802.15.4) Sensor nodes for UAV systems (STM32L4 + nRF52, BLE) HVAC thermal monitoring systems with BLE and TLS USB-HS CDC implementation on TI AM243x 1inch Hardware Wallet I prefer modern CMake-based builds and have experience with Zephyr RTOS. Always focused on low-power optimization, reliability, and bringing products from prototype to commercial success. Available for both short-term critical tasks and long-term development contracts. I’m committed to minimizing client risks and delivering working, production-ready solutions.

I graduated from an accredited university with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with a GPA of 3.65. Since that point I now have over 10 years experience in various fields of engineering ranging from electric drives to security systems. My primary focus has been with embedded systems and PCB design. I have used numerous controllers in past designs however the most popular with my clients has been the arduino and various versions of it. Also the teensy has been a popular choice lately. I use Eagle Cad to design PCB's and can design up to four layers although two layers will suffice for most projects. I also have have experience with various IOT modules such as the laird bl652, esp8266, and the particle. If you have any questions please contact me.

I've run 100+ person organizations including an MCI engineering team in the 80's and a small army of developers while I was CTO at Arthur Andersen's VLN division. I designed and manufactured most of Hydrofarm's Autopilot line of Ag Tech including upgrading their flagship Phantom lighting products and digital controls, and have designed and manufactured lighting and electronic controls for many others. I'm semi-retired now, but always looking for interesting and exciting projects, especially those requiring Asian manufacturing since I have a second home in Thailand. I’m comfortable in Altium designing circuits and laying out boards, coding in C, C++ and assembly on whatever the chosen chipset is from PICs to ARMs, ESP32, STM32, etc., and I manage and lead teams of coders and engineers better by being able to do what they do.
