We started out over 10 years ago and very slowly grew to 30+ colleagues because we wanted to pick the best people to join our team. And our developers are so into writing good code and making sure that everything uses the latest technologies and follows the best guidelines that we constantly improve through challenging ourselves at hackathons, holding regular meetups, attending conferences and sometimes even speaking at local conferences and events.
