We have close to 200 pages of educational content for language schools which need to be converted from scanned PDF to an editable format. Content will need to be slightly updated, proof read and published in a more professional and modern look and feel. Content is in english and french. Options will be to either re-type the content, or use OCR (Optical Character Recognition) followed with detailed proof reading. From a publishing perspective we will ask for all current graphics to be updated with high def colour images with a consistent style. We are happy to pay for the cost of those images in addition to your hourly rate. You will find attached a sample file (for 1 unit). For this project we have 14 units. Each unit is 10 to 12 pages long with both English and French text included. Since this content is fairly old, it may benefit from being updated in some areas to make it more relevant to todays world. Someone with experience working in language education will be beneficial. We also plan to create audio recordings of those updated texts as a separate project. If you have a nice voice and equipment for audio recording, please let us know. We have a lot more content which need to be created and updated as separate projects. Looking forward to your proposal.

I'm searching for someone who can take my notes and make a polished "Lesson Guide" ("cheat-sheet" style) document. To better describe this project, this is a sample of one that I have already made: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByjHtqr4Y05kbVNnd0lhLWdKVVE/view?usp=sharing And this is the notes that you could expect to get from my end. For the real project that we work on together, I would give more details in the notes because you would have to interpret them. These are the basic notes that I write for myself. But I would give you more details (especially for the grammar section). https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByjHtqr4Y05kRTJmYnU3dll1Wms/view?usp=sharing I am producing a monthly video course with four videos: a conversation lesson, a vocabulary lesson, a grammar lesson, and a pronunciation lesson. This document is like the "cheat sheet" for those lessons so that students can just glance at the document and remember what they've learned. I can provide the specifics for layout/colors/etc. But the sentence writing and example creating is the time-consuming part that I'd like to avoid doing myself. At the moment, this is a once-a-month project, so if it goes well, we could continue working together for quite a while.
