I need someone to design and develop a 3D rendering of the interior of a 1,800sqft office space. I have some ideas on what im looking for, I just need a 3D model built. The space is an open floor plan with wooden floors, its about 74 feet long by 25 feet wide with windows on the east side of the building and sky light above. there are 5 sky lights, and 6 windows on the east wall. there are 2 bathrooms, both 8 feet long back to back, total 16 feet long also on the east wall. Other then the bathrooms, there will be no other walls. totally open floor plan. I want to fit 39 desks inside the space, one meeting area and a relaxing (sitting) area. I want the meeting area to be in a corner with paneling as a wall for privacy, but still sticking to the open floor idea. the paneling would be only like 5 feet high, not floor to ceiling. the Relax (sitting) area can go any where.

My name is Ariel and I work for a tech company called Datorama located near the Flat Iron Building. Datorama is a Startup environment with a very fun, young and friendly culture. We have a beer keg and a margarita maker in our kitchen! We just moved into our space about three months ago and need a little help making part of our space more vibrant and fun looking. We have these three giant, bare walls that we can't figure out what to do with. There will be a large, flatscreen tv going somewhere on one of the walls, that's all we know. I am looking for an interior designer/ creative mind that would like to build on their portfolio and help come up with ideas for these three walls. All ideas are welcomed and encouraged! Lots of different colors is appropriate since our logo has a lot of different colors. After reading through the emails of people who are interested, I will be inviting certain individuals to come to the space to get a sense of the office environment and get a better look at the walls. From there, I will make my decision based on who has the best idea within a reasonable budget. I am attaching a picture with the giant wall. The wall is separated by two columns which creates three walls. Email me your ideas at show contact info . Thank you for your interest and I look forward to hearing about all your great ideas!

We need to find contacts of companies or individual artisans and craftsmen in Piedmont and Liguria regions of Italy, within 200km radius of Genova, who produce home decor and interior design items of unique artistic value with a lot of skill and tradition behind them. Project members will then use these contacts to get in touch with these craftsmen and conduct negotiations with them in order to convince them to sell their products on our platform. Our vision is to build a resource where people can discover beautiful home decor and interior design items produced by craftsmen from all over the world, and purchase them using a simple and easy-to-use interface. For now we are just building a portfolio of these artisans starting from Italy, the country of art and culture. The two examples below are illustrative of the kind of products we are interested in, but in reality it can be anything home decor related, so long as there's a great deal of artistic value, tradition, skill and artist's soul behind the products. Examples of companies we are looking for: 1) Inlaid wood products from Sorrento http://www.gargiulo-jannuzzi.it/ 2) Volcanic tables and colorful ceramic items from Amalfi coast http://www.mcpiccadilly.com/ We need contacts or at least store locations of similar artisans and companies. If you are proficient in the field of interior design and home decor and you think you can help us find companies and individual artisans for our product portfolio please let us know and we would be really happy to work together.

We are looking for a licensed professional that can review and stamp plans for the City of San Jose, California. We are taking over an 1,183 sq. ft. suite in San Jose, Ca. We have floor plans for the existing conditions and also proposed plan. There will be demolished walls and new walls. We will need to run electrical. The current tenant is a shoe store, and our business will be an open classroom environment with computers set up throughout the room. As for plumbing, there is an existing bathroom that is not to code. The bathroom could be brought to code as easily as having a smaller sink or toilet to allow for the clearance needed to be ADA compliant (Currently sink is on outside of the bathroom). Or it could be as hard as needing to move walls to make bigger. However, there is an inaccessible enclosed space that was once the bathroom of the suite next door, but they capped the plumbing, removed the fixtures and closed off the wall. We need to incorporate this space into our suite (already included in square footage), so we can either demolish the walls and open up, make it a small meeting room if it is big enough or if we actually need to make current bathroom bigger, this can become the new bathroom as it appears to be bigger already. Let me know what your cost would be to review the existing floor plans, the proposed floor plans and stamping both so we can submit to the City to get permits. If you would like to make an offer to do a greater amount of the work, we are also open to that. (i.e. draw up the plans, submit to city, etc.) I have input $5 as our budget, this is obviously not our intended budget, however, we would like you to propose an offer you think is fair for the work we are looking to get done. Thanks!
