We are a growing accounting firm (Thessaloniki, Greece, ~6 staff, scaling to 12 by 2030) undergoing a full digital transformation. We have selected our core stack and now need an expert to finalize the architecture, close the remaining functional gaps, and guide or execute the implementation in phases. Our goal is a unified, cloud-based operational system that covers the entire firm — from client management and task tracking to AI-assisted knowledge retrieval and team performance monitoring — with the fewest possible applications.
