We are looking for a skilled and experienced freelancer to help us refine our workbook on Adlerian psychology and perfectionism. The goal is to put a workbook outline into a proper workbook format, we are not certain the exact structure, (we are looking for creative ideas), but we are thinking it will maybe start with some kind of appropriate quote for the chapter or maybe a mime to go with the material that will be discussed, then we will introduce the material with the description, provide personal or case study examples, then provide activities and exercises and a key terms summary at the end, also at random relevant points throughout the book there might be checkin or resection points This project requires some knowledge of basic Adlerian or at the very least psychological concepts and an understanding of perfectionism tendencies Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. If you're passionate about psychology and have extensive experience in workbook development, we'd love to hear from you. Also we would like ai fact checking and plagerism assistance as well as there may be parts that are currently in ai and we don’t want tbt as we want to publish this workbook

The title of the book is "Hacking the Advanced Management Program." The subtitle is "A Guide to Curating a Robust & Budget-Friendly Executive Education Plan." The author is Matthew Schwab ("Mash",) Founder, Omnitecht. You will need to leave room for me to add someone who writes the Foreword on the front cover. The front cover dimensions are 5.5 inches wide and 8.5 inches tall. (But Amazon requires a minimum of 625 pixels by 1000 pixels.) I will take care of the spine, the back cover, and adding who wrote the Foreword by text box. But I need you to ensure the RGB at the top, bottom, left, and right are the same so that I can use a single background color. I am currently planning to use the font MONTSERRAT for the text, but feel free to select another as long as it is a font I can access on Google Draw. And of course need you to tell me the font, font sizes and font colors (RGB you select). Here is the pre-release book on Amazon. https://amzn.to/3ZIiGJP (Yes ... I know the pre-release cover is ugly.) The preview is long. And you can access the full book at no charge if you have a Kindle Unlimited subscription. To apply simply send me the covers for one or two books you've already done and a quote. The look and feel I am going for is mid-level and senior level business executives attending a short program at a top business school. (Perhaps create some simple line drawings ... but use your own creativity!)

Responsibilities: 1) Conceptualization and Structuring ・Collaborate to design the book's structure and chapter outline. Advise on where and how to include impactful visuals, maps, and infographics. ・Develop a compelling narrative style that weaves facts with engaging storytelling. 2) Research and Writing ・Conduct in-depth research on each park, covering historical, ecological, and cultural aspects. ・Write accurate, captivating content for all chapters. ・Highlight the unique integration of private ownership and communities within park boundaries. 3) Project Management and Publishing ・Oversee the production process, including layout and design, ensuring a seamless blend of text and imagery. ・Prepare the manuscript for both digital and print formats (PDF, paperback, hardcover). ・Provide guidance on selecting publishing options, whether self-publishing or through a publisher. Deliverables: ・A fully structured manuscript of approximately 400–500 pages, designed to provide a comprehensive overview of Japan's National Parks. ・Guidance on visual integration (images, maps, and illustrations). ・Publication-ready formats (PDF, paperback, hardcover). Ideal Candidate Profile: ・Professional Experience: Background in writing or editing for renowned nature or outdoor organizations, such as National Geographic, Lonely Planet, or similar. ・Nature Enthusiast: Passionate about the outdoors, with an appreciation for cultural and natural history. ・Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in structuring, writing, and publishing similar works. ・Creative Visionary: Ability to transform information into compelling stories and visually captivating content. ・Technical Expertise: Familiarity with formatting and preparing books for digital and print publishing. ・Collaborative and Detail-Oriented: Excellent communication and organizational skills to meet project milestones.
