I am an Australian building designer and architectural draftsperson who helps homeowners, builders, developers and manufacturers turn ideas, sketches and incomplete project information into clear, practical drawing packages. My experience includes new homes, renovations and extensions, modular and prefabricated buildings, accommodation developments, feasibility studies, commercial fit-outs and change-of-use projects. I have worked on projects across Western Australia, Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales. I approach each project as more than a drafting exercise. I review the available information, identify missing details and potential design conflicts, and organise the documentation so it can be readily understood and coordinated by clients, builders and specialist consultants. My drawings are prepared with reference to the National Construction Code, relevant Australian Standards and applicable local planning requirements.
