Licensed Civil Engineer (PE), CAD Technician Civil Engineering is my main service. This includes civil site design and planning (residential, commercial sites, municipal, new developments). A typical project workflow for me involves: meeting with the client and discussing the project. Starting with a simple site plan to get an idea of what we are looking at, and from there using existing conditions/surveys to complete the design (site, grading, drainage, utility, and storm water management plans). I generally like to meet with clients on a weekly or as needed basis to coordinate changes and answer questions.
