Most government proposals lose in the first five pages. Mine push for a win in the first five paragraphs. I write federal and state RFP responses, government contract proposals, and grant applications for a living. $100M+ won across DoD, DHS, HHS, USAID, VA, NASA, and 30+ state agencies.
