Below is the summary of my 26+ years service experiences in different multinational organizations. Merchant account acquisition and payment gateway setup. I have got approval for around 3,000 MIDs with 15 different MCC. The average monthly approved volume is 40K. At present 342 MIDs are processing and the total volume is $13,695,000. I also work on payment disputes / chargeback resolution for Stripe & other payment processors. IT operation: support for 24x7x365 maintaining strict SLAs to improve service availability. Perform common daily monitoring, maintenance and support tasks to critical infrastructure components. Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel. Provide 1st line support for internal & external users. Escalate issues as per severity & escalation matrix. Oracle database administration. HR administrative tasks/Virtual assistance: Provide assistance with various HR-related administrative duties, such as maintaining employee records, organizing employee documentation, and facilitating onboarding processes. Recruitment: Manpower analysis, set job position, define skill level of an ideal candidate, review candidates profiles that fit job descriptions, interview & recommend shortlist talent to the concerned department. Team management i.e. preparing 24/7 duty rosters, leave management, training plans and arrangements, yearly objective setting, KPI setting, performance appraisals etc. Process documentation: prepare SOP, SLA, AMC, documentation etc. Schedule appointments, meetings and events. Budget exercise. Monthly payroll. Reporting. Inventory. Telecom: Provisioning, Mediation, Billing, reconciliation among HLR, IN, Customer Care & Billing System, Postpaid bill print management. Data Center: Tier-3 (DC) buildup in 2014 (7000 sqft, 5 Million USD project), DC migration, DC management & disaster recovery, supervising of NOC/SOC (Network/Service Operation Center). Billing cycle and revenue cycle management activities, including: Prepare and distribute customer statements and invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and billing terms. Perform regular account reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies or disputes. Manage bill print such as billing templates, messages, printing accessories inventory, contingency plan, dispatch, follow-up with return bills. Tracking receivables and following up on unpaid claims. Submitting authorization requests on forms. Reviewing and submitting claims. Compiling utilization reports.
