EXPERTISE I work primarily in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) as well as PowerPoint to create learning materials. My focus is on ensuring that every learner is captivated through interactive elements such as videos, click-to-reveals, drag-and-drops, knowledge checks, and more. Once engaged in a contract, we can continue to communicate through the Upwork messaging platform or through email, phone, or text. MY PROCESS After the contract has been started, I typically follow these steps: CONSULTATION – First, we will meet to discuss your needs and expectations for the project. ANALYSIS – Depending on the project, I will analyze existing content or the need for training. If content is missing, I will ask you to provide additional materials or access to a subject-matter expert from your team to fill these gaps. DESIGN – I will create a storyboard, template, or prototype to show a first draft version of the training materials. DEVELOPMENT – Once the design has been approved, I will develop the learning materials using the content you have provided. I can provide PowerPoint presentations, Storyline or Rise courses, Vyond videos, or PDF training documents. Reach out if you need something beyond these options. EDITS – Depending on the scope of the project, I will submit the deliverable to you in part or whole for review. Then I will incorporate your requested edits. Typically, I will complete 2-3 draft iterations for each deliverable. FINAL DELIVERABLE – Once the edits have been completed, I will send you the final version of the deliverable and provide files for future revisions as appropriate. WORKING WITH ME Once under contract, I will check in with you periodically to update you on progress and get feedback on draft versions of learning materials. All payments must go through Upwork.
