I have an engineering degree and a law degree. I have done a course in intellectual property law which included patents, designs, trademarks and copyright. It also included a section on the drafting of patent specifications. I have drafted many many patent specifications. I was involved in the litigation of patents. I further have experience in answering examiners examination queries and office actions. I do opinions on novelty, obviousness and infringement as well as prior art and freedom to operate searches.
