I have extensive experience as an eCommerce Virtual Assistant with Shopify (Basic & Plus), Etsy, and Woo Commerce with the help of Chinese dropshipping companies such as CJDropshipping, and HyperSKU and some American dropshipping companies like TRJ Concepts and BHGoldDiggers. Please Google: Consumers Distributing (Canada), Vintgear, RyanNRiley, ThriveBlue, The Smart Bike Lights, and Infinite Rushmore as examples of the companies I helped through the years. As a start, they let me do some product upload and edit everything from product descriptions, photos, prices, tags, collections, etc. for all the items they want to sell from AliExpress, CJDropshipping or HyperSKU or the US companies I mentioned, to their Shopify/Etsy/WooCommerce stores. I also handled cancellations and refunds, edited shipping addresses and/or orders as requested, and customer service all done in WooCommerce, Shopify, and/or Etsy. I also handled their Social Media like Facebook Page messages comments, and emails for me to answer any questions, inquiries, post-sales, etc. I also post future content for both Facebook and Instagram Pages using the customer's photo, video, and stories, and using their own words as captions via Facebook Business Suite (with this we can simply boost these posts for future FB Ads). I also handled a team of Customer Service and helped them with their unresolved inquiries. I also talk directly to any suppliers be it from China, America, Europe, etc., and agents from dropshipping, wholesale or retail companies about their warehouse, inventory, and shipment. I am eager to learn more things even after all of these experiences.
I work as a full-time VA working with different CEOs, COOs, and other Executives (also with middle and lower management) from different parts of the world like the US, UK, London, France, Canada, Singapore, etc. helping them with any administrative and personal tasks. I have experience with any team management platform such as Airtable, Asana, ClickUp, Slack, etc., and utilize Google Office and Suites such as Google Drive, Workplace, etc.
I am your Customer Support Specialist, Technical and Chat Support, and Cold Caller/Appointment Setter, via phone, auto-dialer, email, CRM, social media, etc. to perform the duties and responsibilities you mentioned and know of the platforms, software, programs, and apps that we can use. Helping customers, getting some leads, and making these customers/clients loyal to us is my priority.
Outside freelancing, I am a computer technician who troubleshoots and fix broken computer and laptops (also remotely via TeamViewer) and also (physically) format and installs operating systems for Windows, Android, and iOS not to mention the programs you will need to install on each device such as anti-virus and Microsoft Office as the basic essential programs.
I have excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, clear thinker, fast learner, have good experience working with computers and mobile, have an excellent internet connection, great organizational skills, am detail-oriented, a self-starter "I can do it" attitude, willingness to learn and accomplish strict deadlines and has project management, customer service, and technical support experience.
We can communicate every day via Google Apps, Slack, Asana, Teamwork, Trello, Viber, Skype, WhatsApp, or any means of communication that you prefer, and the Upwork app itself.
I can work as much as 40 hrs a week full time or more but I sure can work at the minimum hours as you need to start with but I am open to part-time work as well. I can also work on weekends at any timezone if you require it.
I have a dedicated quiet working space, a working noise-cancellation headset (if needed), a very reliable wired internet connection and speed (up to 100Mbps), and a decent working computer that I have been using since I worked as a full-time VA.
I am open to lowering my hourly rate, of course. And yes, Upwork suggested putting that rate since I was a Top Rated Plus for 4 consecutive years (2018-2022). Just so you know, being under that Top Rated Plus rank in the past means I was part of the top 3% of freelancers working here at Upwork and consistently being a Top Rated freelancer since.
