MDM Customer/Vendor Data Analyst • Responsible to check and review records, either for approval, rejection or escalation of requests submitted through the portal process for all types of vendor requests (i.e. Traditional, CFP, CLM, Service Partners). • Monitor critical / urgent vendor approval progress until completion. • Set-up Intercompany Vendor Setup / WHT Setup / IBAN Syndication and other intercompany update directly setup in SAP ECC. • Provide Support and Formulates resolution associated with all type of Vendor email inquiry, or through ServiceNow request tickets escalations and other inquiries in relation to MDM in a timely manner. • Responsible for periodically checking all data (Vendor/Partners) that are maintained in the MDM Portal. To ensure high level of Data Quality on data management processes, data monitoring and data reporting. • Coordinates with different technical teams (MDM, WebMethods, SAP, SRM, Siebel) to solve integration issues across subscribing systems. • Conduct MDM Training and Refresher for new Users. • Provides Go-Live support for newly implemented projects and acquisitions. • Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users. • Verifies and defines new functional business requirements for MDM. • Liaise with business owners on the new and/or updated business rules that will be in effect after project Go-Live. • Executes new functionality included in the releases and performs test case reviews to confirm new MDM development has been delivered as required.
