To ensure high level of Data Quality on data management processes, data monitoring and data reporting. • Coordinates with different technical teams (MDM, WebMethods, SAP, SRM, Siebel) to solve integration issues across subscribing systems. • Conduct MDM Training and Refresher for new Users. • Provides Go-Live support for newly implemented projects and acquisitions. • Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users. • Verifies and defines new functional business requirements for MDM. • Liaise with business owners on the new and/or updated business rules that will be in effect after project Go-Live. • Executes new functionality included in the releases and performs test case reviews to confirm new MDM development has been delivered as required.
