A landing page gets traffic and nobody buys. A calendar fills up with people who were never going to pay. An email list of 40k makes less than it should and nobody can say why. Different symptoms. Same cause. Somewhere in the sequence, the copy stopped doing its job, and nobody went looking for where. That is the work I do. I'm Simon.
