HOW PRICING WORKS
I work on flat monthly retainers, so you always know your cost with no surprises and no hourly meter. Fractional CFO engagements start at 1,500 USD per month for full CFO-level support, and most include a first month free so you can judge the work before you commit, with no setup fee. Standalone bookkeeping and UK tax and compliance filings are priced separately and clearly, so you only pay for what you need. I confirm exact scope and price on a first call.
WHAT I DO
Fractional CFO and FP&A. Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial modelling, scenario planning, and board and investor-ready reporting. The strategic layer that turns clean books into decisions.
Accounting and bookkeeping. Full ownership of your books in Xero or QuickBooks, monthly close, reconciliations, and management accounts, run to a Big Four standard with senior review built in, not a solo freelancer working unchecked.
Tax and compliance. UK tax and compliance handled end to end, VAT, corporation tax, year-end accounts and HMRC filings. For US clients I work alongside your CPA so the books and the filings line up.
Reporting and automation. Live financial reporting automated off your accounting system, and advanced dashboards built in Power BI, so you read current performance instead of waiting on month end.
HOW I WORK
I am a Xero Partner, and I also work in QuickBooks and Moneybird, with other platforms supported as needed. Every engagement runs on documented processes, with automation handling the repetitive work and me as your review layer. I work with you on Slack or any channel you prefer, in your timezone, and I make sure you finish able to read your own finance function, not just receive a report.
