Amany is a highly qualified professional with more than twenty years of hands on implementation experience in Human Resources in different industries. She is a Training and Development Leader with extensive experience working with all organizational levels creating, promoting, and delivering training solutions designed to support the organization’s business plan. Amany is passionate about creating an interactive and enjoyable business environment that supports learning.

Moreover, she is a certified professional trainer from the American University in Egypt and has been a trainer in the School of continuing education for almost ten years now in the American University, and the German University in Cairo in addition to the Egyptian Banking Institute. Amany has accumulated hundreds of training hours in different international organizations and in house trainings. She conducted training programs in different HR fields for example on Performance Management , Strategic HR management, HR Audit, Talent Management, How to design Competency Models and Return on Training Investment, HR Analytics, Balanced Scorecard and different other topics related to Human Capital.
Amany holds a Bachelor degree of Arts, English Department from Ain Shams University. She completed her Masters of Business Administration, Major Human Resources, with Excellent grade and currently she is enrolled in Doctorate of Business Administration, Major HR and Entrepreneurship from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology. Furthermore, she is certified from different worldwide organizations, she holds:
