Consequently, over the course of my career, I have raised / placed more than $1 Billion, and I continue to do this type of work today for both private, as well as publicly traded and other institutional clients on a private consulting basis. The various types of funding that I continue to raise on my own include Senior Debt (through either traditional banks or through private "Stretch Senior" lenders), Mezzanine Debt, Pref Equity, LP money, and also GP or co-GP monies for new and existing commercial projects as well.
