US Applicants only. Hello, I'm building a web based application that will help In-patient rehab hospitals (eg. PAM health and rehabilitation, Select, Encompass, etc.) schedule their patients and therapist daily. The ideal candidate will have either experience working on IRF and has an idea how schedules are generated on such setting. Basically, I'm looking for some input on how to develop and improve the web-based app. If hired, we'll schedule a quick 60 minute meeting along with 2-3 other hired freelancers. I'll run the web-based app, see how it works and will ask for your honest opinion. For now, I pay $50 an hour including all upwork fees. Hoping to build a long term relationship if the web -based app becomes successful. Thank you! Virjil

I'm looking for a friendly, reliable caller to make short phone calls to RV park owners in Texas on my behalf. I run a real estate sourcing business and I'm deaf, so I handle everything in writing — but these calls need a warm human voice, which is where you come in. What you'll do: Call a list of RV park owners (I provide names, numbers, and a simple script) Have a short, friendly conversation — you are NOT selling or negotiating Goal: introduce my business, ask if they'd be open to hearing from me in writing, and get their best email or preferred contact Type quick notes on what they say into a shared Google Sheet Leave a voicemail (script provided) if they don't answer Each call is 2-3 minutes. A typical session is 10-20 calls. What I need from you: Clear, warm, natural spoken English (US-based) A US phone number you can call from Comfortable talking to strangers in a friendly, low-pressure way Reliable — if you commit to a session, you show up Accurate note-taking in English Voice calls only — no texting the owners (I'll explain; it's a legal rule I need followed exactly) What I provide: the exact script, the call list in priority order, and clear instructions for every situation. This is ongoing — if the first session goes well, I'll have regular batches. Starting small to find the right person. To apply, tell me: Are you US-based and able to call US numbers? In your own words, how would you warmly introduce yourself to a stranger on the phone? Your availability this week.

She's the author of 101 Ways to Spread Joy and founder of Joyfully You. We're looking for a proactive, organized bookings manager to take speaker outreach and event pitching fully off Amy's plate — finding, pitching, and helping close new speaking engagements. Ideal Events to Target * Women's empowerment & leadership summits/conferences * College & university campus programming (student life, leadership studies, orientation/welcome week) * Wellness, personal development & culture conferences * Corporate women's ERGs (employee resource groups) and internal leadership events * HR & workplace culture conferences (joy-as-leadership-skill angle) Responsibilities * Research and build a target list of events/conferences matching the criteria above * Cold pitch Amy to event planners, campus program directors, and conference organizers (email + LinkedIn outreach) * Track and follow up on all outreach in a shared spreadsheet or CRM * Monitor speaker marketplaces (SpeakerHub, eSpeakers, MyBookingAgent) and open "call for speakers" postings * Coordinate initial calls between Amy and interested planners * Keep Amy's one-sheet, demo reel links, and speaker profile listings up to date * Handle basic contract/logistics coordination once a booking is confirmed (in partnership with Amy) * Provide a brief weekly or biweekly status update Ideal Candidate * Experience with sales, outreach, business development, or talent/artist booking (speaker bureau experience a major plus) * Excellent written communication — able to write warm, compelling pitch emails * Self-directed; comfortable working independently with light oversight * Organized and consistent with follow-up (this is 80% of the job) * Bonus: existing relationships with event planners, conference organizers, or speaker bureaus amydickens.org

Description: We're hosting a small, private online webinar for senior business leaders on July 28, and need a polished, US-based caller to invite our contact list and confirm registrations. You'll call ~about 400 executives (CEOs, Presidents, and senior marketers) — a mix of prior contacts and new outreach — during US business hours between July 7 and July 24. We provide the list, a short script, and talking points. Sound like a gracious executive assistant calling on the founder's behalf: warm, professional, respectful of their time. Tone and judgment matter far more than call volume — this is a senior audience, and one pushy call costs us a relationship. We are not hiring a high-volume, hard-closing dialer. Requirements: *Based in the US with a native American accent — you'll be speaking with senior US executives *Experience calling decision-makers with a calm, consultative phone presence *Comfortable with the realities of executive outreach: navigating assistants and front desks graciously, leaving strong voicemails, and making multiple attempts to reach the right person *Reliable and self-directed; quiet workspace and clear phone line Logistics: *Window: July 7–24; US business hours; up to ~4 focused calling hours/day *Expect to reach many contacts on the 2nd–4th attempt — voicemails, callbacks, and follow-ups are part of the job *Hourly via Upwork with a weekly hour cap *Log outcomes in [our CRM / a shared Google Sheet] To apply — required (proposals without these are skipped): 1. A 30-second voice recording reading the script below (MP3 or Vocaroo link or other) 2. One or two sentences on your experience calling senior executives Audition script (read warm, unhurried): "Hi [Name], this is [your name], reaching out on behalf of our founder about a private webinar we're hosting for business leaders on July 28th. I wanted to personally invite you and see if you'd like a seat — is now a bad time?" Screening questions (set as required in Upwork): 1. Attach a 30-second voice recording of the audition script. (Required.) 2. Where are you located, and is English your native language? 3. An executive says "I'm not interested." What do you say next? 4. A gatekeeper says the executive "isn't available" and asks why you're calling. What do you say? 5. What US-time zone hours can you call between July 7 and July 24? Thanks.
