Help us discover why some home exercise routines become lifelong habits—while others end up collecting dust. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people and uncovering the stories behind their decisions. You'll help people tell the story of their real experiences, rather than selling a product or asking a series of survey questions. Our company develops healthcare technologies in part through NIH SBIR projects. As we prepare for our next phase, we need someone to help us better understand the people and organizations that influence long-term success with home exercise. You'll recruit and interview approximately 12–20 stakeholders over a two- to three-week engagement, while helping us identify promising follow-up contacts and recurring themes. These may include home exercisers, caregivers, therapists, community organizations, manufacturers, distributors, and others identified during the project. Rather than asking people what they might do in the future, our interviews focus on understanding what they have actually experienced. We're interested in the stories behind successful exercise habits, abandoned routines, purchasing decisions, and long-term engagement. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, builds trust quickly, and is comfortable reaching out to people who may initially have little reason to participate. Experience with customer discovery, qualitative research, UX research, ethnographic interviewing, community outreach, or related work is highly desirable—but exceptional interviewing and communication skills are even more important. We're much more interested in your ability to earn trust, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, and recognize meaningful patterns than in any particular industry background. A detailed Statement of Work and interview framework will be provided to shortlisted candidates.

We run a collectible trading card platform serving the US market. We need a US-based business development rep to help us establish real, ongoing supply relationships with major TCG distributors and wholesalers. The goal is not just introductions -- we need closed supply agreements. A "closed deal" means a supplier who has agreed to work with us regularly and understands our fulfillment model. Our fulfillment model (important -- read carefully): We operate on a demand-triggered fulfillment basis. We do not hold inventory. When a user on our platform selects an item, we place the order with the supplier at that point. We need suppliers who can support this type of ongoing, synced supply relationship -- meaning they are willing to fulfill individual orders against our catalog on a regular basis. This model is low-friction for suppliers: no bulk commitments upfront, no returns, predictable and fast payment. Your responsibilities: Identify and contact major US-based TCG distributors and wholesalers (Pokemon, One Piece, graded cards, sealed product, sports cards). Pitch them on our supply model and close their agreement to work with us. Qualify suppliers on their ability to support demand-triggered fulfillment. Deliver confirmed, active supply relationships -- not just phone calls. Who we need: US-based only Experience in hobby, gaming, collectibles, or TCG distribution is a strong plus Comfortable with cold outreach, phone calls, and closing Proven B2B sales or supplier sourcing background In your proposal, please specify any existing relationships or access you have in the TCG or hobby distribution space. Engagement type: Hourly Est. hours: TBD, with check-in after first 10 hours to review progress

SCHEDULING — Coordinate meeting times when a contact expresses interest — Send calendar invites and confirmations — Prepare a one-page briefing on each contact before every meeting 4. WEEKLY REPORTING — Send me a concise weekly report every Friday: contacts added, emails sent, replies received, meetings scheduled WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR: — Experience building B2B contact lists for professional services, financial services, or wealth management firms — Comfortable using Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and Google Sheets — Excellent written English — you will be sending emails representing me — Detail-oriented and reliable — accuracy matters more than speed — Available during US Pacific Time business hours (at least partial overlap) — NOT required: real estate experience TRIAL PROJECT (PAID): Before hiring, I will ask the top 2–3 candidates to complete a paid trial: research and deliver 5 verified contacts matching my target profile. I own a med spa in Miami and need current, real-world competitor pricing. This is phone-based secret shopper work, NOT Google research. You'll call 15 med spas, posing as a prospective client, and record what they tell you in a spreadsheet. The 15 spas must be split into three tiers by location: Tier 1 (5 spas): Bird Road corridor, Westchester, West Miami, Coral Terrace, South Miami — neighborhood-level competitors Tier 2 (5 spas): South Miami, Coconut Grove, Kendall — mid-tier spas Tier 3 (5 spas): Coral Gables / Merrick Park area — premium/luxury spas You'll propose the list of 15 first, and I'll approve it before any calls are made. For each spa, gather pricing and details on: Medical weight loss — semaglutide and tirzepatide monthly cost, what's included (provider visits, labs, body composition scans), startup or consult fees, package vs month-to-month Botox/Dysport — price per unit, any membership or loyalty rate Lip filler — price per syringe, current promotions Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) — monthly program cost for women and men if offered, what's included, consult fee Peptide therapy — whether they offer it, which peptides, and program pricing Facials — price of their basic facial and their most advanced facial, plus dermaplane pricing (standalone or add-on) Whether their pricing is published on their website or only given by phone/consult If a spa says "pricing requires a consultation," record that — it's useful data, not a dead end. For each spa, also note: Vibe tier (luxury / mid / budget) based on their website and how the call felt 1–2 lines on HOW they presented pricing (pushy, consultative, offered a promo, tried to book you immediately, etc) Deliverable: Google Sheet, one row per spa (name, neighborhood, tier, phone, date called), columns for every item above plus notes. Process checkpoint: After the first 7 spas, share the sheet with me for review before finishing the rest, so I can adjust if anything is missing. Requirements: Fluent English required, Spanish a strong plus (many of these spas are bilingual). Comfortable making calls during Miami business hours (EST). US-based preferred. Prior mystery shopping, market research, or sales experience is a plus. Budget: $250 fixed price. Timeline: completed within 7 days of hire. To apply: Briefly describe any phone-based research or mystery shopping you've done, and confirm you can call during EST business hours. Applications that just say "I can do this" without specifics will be skipped.
