## Company: Florida Pure Water Services Florida Pure Water Services is hiring a full-time Lead Conversion Specialist based in the Philippines to handle inbound calls, outbound follow-up, appointment setting, service scheduling, and customer follow-up. This is not a basic admin position. This is a full-time phone sales and appointment-setting role. The main responsibility is to call leads quickly, follow up relentlessly, book qualified appointments, schedule service, and help the company produce revenue every week. The right person must be confident on the phone, organized, persistent, and comfortable making a high volume of calls every day. ## Main Responsibilities * Answer inbound calls immediately during working hours. * Call all new leads as soon as they come in. * Make a high volume of outbound calls every day. * Follow up with old leads who never booked or never purchased. * Text leads after missed calls and no-answers. * Qualify homeowners before booking appointments. * Schedule water system appointments for sales opportunities. * Schedule service appointments for existing customers. * Follow up with current customers for service, reviews, and referrals. * Keep detailed notes inside the CRM after every call. * Confirm appointments to reduce no-shows. * Follow company scripts and improve through coaching. * Send a daily report at the end of every shift. ## Daily Call Expectations This is a full-time 8-hour-per-day phone role.
