We’re looking for an experienced B2B appointment setter to help us call prospects and book qualified meetings with finance leaders. Our company, helps businesses reduce freight costs and improve visibility into freight spend. We mainly speak with CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, Finance Directors, and sometimes operations/supply chain leaders. You will be given: A call script A list of leads/numbers Clear qualification criteria Basic training on our company and offer Your role: Make outbound B2B calls Speak with decision-makers or gatekeepers Clearly explain why we’re reaching out Book qualified phone meetings with our CEO/sales contact Log call outcomes and notes accurately Send a short daily report with call activity and results This is not a hard-sell role. We want someone professional, clear, and comfortable speaking with finance/operations leaders. Ideal candidate: Experience with B2B cold calling or appointment setting Comfortable calling CFOs, Controllers, and executives Strong English communication skills Reliable and organized Able to follow a script but sound natural Experience using PhoneBurner, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus Must be comfortable working in a Christian environment. Compensation: Milestones will be funded at $500 per new qualified client acquired. Qualified meeting means: Correct decision-maker or strong influencer Company has freight/inbound/vendor freight costs Meeting is scheduled with our CEO/sales contact Contact info and notes are logged Company with 5-7 Million Freight Spend Terms: We are conducting a multi-candidate, three-stage evaluation process. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, professionalism, and productivity throughout the trial will be invited to advance to the next stage. The first stage consists of a two week trial period. Candidates who perform well and produce measurable results during this phase will be invited to join us for the next stage of the process. Throughout the evaluation, those who successfully generate qualified appointments and consistently meet performance expectations will be considered for a permanent position on the team.
