About Us We're a U.S.-based B2B technology services company (low-voltage / network infrastructure integrator — Wi-Fi, structured cabling, AV, DAS, managed services). We're scaling and need to formalize our sales commission system in HubSpot Enterprise. Important: The architecture is already fully designed. We have a 40-page developer-grade build specification (v3.1) ready to hand off after contract signing + NDA. You're executing against a spec, not designing one. If you prefer greenfield architecture work, this isn't the right gig. What's Being Built A three-object commission tracking system: 1. Deal (existing) — sales-side commission setup at quote stage 2. Project (existing) — execution-side tracking 3. Commission Record (new custom object) — individual commission events with associations to both Deal and Project Concrete Scope - ~48 new properties across the three objects (15 on Deal, ~33 on Project, 21 on the new Commission Record object) - 8 new HubSpot workflows (1 existing workflow stays untouched — you'll extend, not modify) - 5 calculated properties with specific formulas defined in the spec - A bidirectional sync pattern (Project execution data mirrors back to Deal as read-only fields) - 16 reports across 4 role-based dashboards (Sales Rep, Finance/Owner, Quote Accuracy, Sales Engineer) - 7 written test scenarios with expected outcomes Workflows Include - Lock commission baseline at Closed-Won (Deal → Project sync) - Mirror-back execution data (Project → Deal) - Commission Record creation at invoice events (with native Deal Splits handling — Operations Hub Custom Code required) - Variance check + branching at final invoice - Quote Review resolution (4 outcome branches) - Scheduled annual ARR renewal workflow - SE technical close spiff workflow - Clawback workflow for unpaid invoices Must-Have Experience - HubSpot Enterprise — Sales Hub + Operations Hub. Do not apply if you have not worked in Enterprise tier with custom objects. - Custom Object creation and configuration — properties, associations (primary/secondary), pipelines, field-level permissions - HubSpot Workflows with branching logic, scheduled triggers, multi-object enrollment, re-enrollment configuration - Operations Hub Custom Code Actions (JavaScript) — needed to iterate native Deal Splits and create N commission records per split. This is non-negotiable. - HubSpot Calculated Properties including handling nested conditional logic limitations - HubSpot Reports & Dashboards — custom report builder, multi-object reports - Native HubSpot Deal Splits feature Nice-to-Have - QuickBooks Online + HubSpot integration experience (Phase 2 work, August 2026 — separate contract if mutual fit) - Sales operations or commission accounting domain knowledge - B2B services industry context What We Provide - Full 40-page build specification post-contract (covers property inventory, workflow specs with triggers/filters/actions/branches, pipeline-specific logic for 5 delivery pipelines, calculated property formulas, 7 test scenarios, phased implementation sequence) - Existing foundation: 21 commission-related Deal properties already built and validated - Super Admin HubSpot access for the build - Direct access to operator (single decision-maker, no committee) — questions answered within 24 hours - Pre-validated technical decisions on 8 open architecture items Communication Expectations - Daily async standup (teams or email — your preference) - Weekly 30-minute video demo to operator - Architectural questions logged in shared doc

TaxDome Specialist — Audits, Client Support & Workflow Builds (Ongoing) We're a consulting firm that helps accounting and tax practices get the most out of TaxDome — better pipelines, real automation, and teams that actually use the system. We're growing and looking for a TaxDome specialist to join us on an ongoing basis. What you'll do: Run system audits - Review a prospective client's TaxDome account against our 7-point scorecard (pipelines, automations, client experience, team adoption, CRM hygiene, templates, billing) and join or lead 30-minute audit calls with firm owners. Support retainer clients each month - Handle build and edit requests inside client accounts: pipeline changes, automation setup, email/organizer/task templates, and configuration fixes. Track TaxDome releases - Read every TaxDome update and changelog, write a short plain-English summary of what changed, and flag which clients should adopt which features. Host weekly office hours - Lead a recurring live call (video, screen-share) where client staff bring their TaxDome questions and you answer them on the spot. Respond to support requests -Answer client questions via email within our 4-business-hour response window during US business hours. You're a fit if you: Have real, hands-on TaxDome experience — you've built pipelines and automations, not just used the portal as an end user. Experience inside an accounting or tax firm is a big plus. Understand US tax practice workflows (1040s, business returns, organizers, e-signatures, engagement letters) well enough to talk shop with firm owners. Are confident on camera with strong spoken and written English — you'll be client-facing on live calls, not just behind a ticket queue. Are available for a consistent block of US business hours (we're Central time) for office hours and support coverage. Are organized and self-directed — you'll manage multiple client accounts and we'll trust you to keep them straight. Treat confidentiality seriously. You'll have access to accounting firms' client data; an NDA is required and discretion is non-negotiable. Engagement details: Starting at approximately [10–20] hours/week, with room to grow into a larger role as we add retainer clients. Hourly to start, with a 2–4 week paid trial period. Long-term, this could become a fixed monthly arrangement for the right person. You'll work from our playbooks (audit scorecard, SOP templates) — we're not asking you to invent the service, just deliver it excellently. To apply, please include: A short description of the most complex TaxDome workflow or automation you've personally built (what problem it solved, roughly how it worked). How long you've worked in TaxDome and in what context (your own firm, a client's firm, as a consultant). Your availability in US Central time. Start your proposal with the word "PIPELINE" so we know you read the full post. We'll shortlist quickly, do a short video interview, then a paid test task: a mini-audit of a sandbox TaxDome account using our scorecard.

I am launching a new open library member subscription service. My physical storefront runs on Shopify, and my digital membership delivery/access portal runs on Kajabi. I already have an existing database of 7,200 retail subscribers sitting cleanly inside Shopify. I need an experienced ActiveCampaign expert to build my foundational email marketing setup, connect my platforms, and organize my data so that my retail business and membership service can scale smoothly together without data overlap. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: • Platform Integration: Connect ActiveCampaign natively to my Shopify store and execute a historical sync of my 7,200 existing contacts. • Membership Sync: Connect Kajabi to ActiveCampaign (via Webhooks, native API, or Zapier) to pass and map real-time member data. • Profile Tagging & Architecture: Set up custom tags and fields to cleanly separate contacts into distinct buckets: Store Customers, Active Library Members, and Cancelled/Churned Members. • Automation Build: Configure two core automated workflows: (1) A multi-step Welcome & Onboarding Series for new library members, and (2) A standard Shopify Abandoned Cart recovery sequence. • Quality Testing: Run end-to-end live checkout tests to verify that tags update properly, emails trigger instantly, and no duplicate customer profiles are created. • Requirements: • Proven experience setting up ActiveCampaign Deep Data integrations for Shopify. • Direct experience mapping Kajabi offer states (Granted, Paused, Revoked) to ActiveCampaign fields. • Strong understanding of segment exclusion rules (ensuring active members don't receive standard retail sales pitch emails). • Note: I will provide all email copy/text; you are solely responsible for the technical setup, data logic, and workflow infrastructure. Project Type: One-time project Budget: $500 (Flat-Rate, Milestone-Based) Application Question (Please answer in your proposal): Please briefly outline how you normally handle syncing Kajabi membership status (Active vs. Cancelled) back into ActiveCampaign profile fields. Do you prefer native hooks, custom webhooks, or Zapier, and why?

This is a temporary engagement running approximately 6–8 weeks, with some overlap for handoff and context-setting. The right person is comfortable operating across growth marketing, email and SEO — not necessarily as a deep specialist in each, but as a strategic lead who can keep momentum, support our strategists, and hold the standard of work our clients expect. Prior experience with Adobe Analytics, AJO and CJA is helpful in this role. Importantly, this is not a purely supervisory role — we expect our leaders stay close to the work and deliver as an individual contributor alongside the team. Email marketing oversight — Provide strategic direction across several accounts, shaping new initiatives with clients and translating them into operational plans. SEO leadership — Own strategic oversight on a handful of accounts, including hands-on maintenance of existing roadmaps, audit reviews, and prioritization guidance. You will serve as a translation layer between technical SEO specialists and client and internal teams. This includes contributing to bi-weekly performance reporting — pulling insights, identifying trends, translating data into clear recommendations — and being prepared to walk clients through performance in senior-level conversations. Client-facing presence — Join key meetings as needed, leading senior-level conversations, and being prepared to present work — including performance updates that you've had a direct hand in shaping. Cross-functional coordination — Collaborating actively with Paid Media, Creative, and Account leads to keep integrated workstreams moving — less about managing handoffs, more about being in the room and contributing to decisions. Qualifications -Available to work a full-time short-term contract role on EST hours -Proven experience leading digital strategy across integrated channels including CRM/email, SEO, and growth marketing within agency, consulting, or complex client-service environments -Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, campaign architecture, and performance-driven digital strategy across enterprise or multi-stakeholder accounts -Hands-on experience reviewing performance data, extracting actionable insights, and translating analytics into strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams -Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA); ability to operate comfortably within modern martech and reporting ecosystems Ability to confidently lead senior-level client conversations, present strategic recommendations, and guide workstreams with executive presence and sound judgment -Experience partnering cross-functionally with Paid Media, Creative, Account, and technical teams to keep integrated initiatives moving effectively -Comfortable operating as both a strategic lead and individual contributor — able to step into the work directly, shape deliverables, review outputs, and provide hands-on support where needed -Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in fast-moving environments with minimal oversight
