We are an enterprise-grade CPaaS provider deploying distributed, multi-tenant cloud communication infrastructure across North America. To support our horizontal scalability, down-stream client sharding, and high-availability routing metrics, we are expanding our upstream wholesale carrier matrix. We are seeking a highly specialized Carrier Relations & Routing Operations Manager to act as our core interconnect negotiator with Tier-1 wholesale aggregators. Core Responsibilities: Act as the primary technical-commercial liaison during procurement, programmatic peering, and trunk provisioning with major wholesale CPaaS networks. Lead introductory discovery and technical scoping calls (via Zoom) with vendor account engineers to articulate our API transaction profiles, multi-tenant architecture, and egress routing topologies. Streamline localized brand documentation and localized registry alignment across multiple upstream gateway pipelines. Requirements: Exceptional, deep-dive understanding of the modern CPaaS and programmatic messaging ecosystem. Must be 100% fluent in industry architecture: A2P vs P2P traffic profiles, SMPP/HTTP API transport, 10DLC routing frameworks, and Toll-Free verification workflows. Native English with strong corporate presence suitable for high-level vendor-facing video conferences. Prior professional tenure at major cloud communications providers (e.g., Twilio, Sinch, Bandwidth, Intelequent) is appreciatively preferred.

A Montana-based financial company is launching a modern card and treasury program — a branded payment card plus an interest-bearing business account — built on best-in-class fintech vendors. We need a contract program manager to run point on execution as we move from build to launch. This is vendor-orchestration and service-delivery work, NOT a coding role. You sit at the center of the card processor, banking/ledger core, sponsor bank, compliance, and treasury, and keep the pieces fitting, the SLAs holding, and milestones landing. What you'll do: - Own the program plan, milestones, and delivery cadence end to end. - Coordinate third-party vendors (card processor, banking core, payment rails, KYC/KYB) — scope, SLAs, escalations, integration timelines. - Work with our engineering lead to turn requirements into delivery and clear blockers. - Keep program operations aligned with our compliance/BSA function (SOC 2 environment). - Stand up runbooks: incident/problem/change, monitoring, reconciliation, vendor governance. What we're looking for: - Program/project management in fintech, payments, card issuing, banking-as-a-service, or financial-services delivery. - Strong multi-vendor management against SLAs and KPIs. - ITIL (incident/problem/change) and Agile/Scrum/Kanban; Jira or equivalent. - Comfort at the seam of business, engineering, and compliance. - Bonus: issuer-processor, core/ledger banking, ACH/payment rails, or treasury/reconciliation experience. This is part-time to start (~15-20 hrs/week) with room to grow — we want the person who runs this program long-term, not a one-off deliverable. To apply: Briefly describe a fintech or payments program you ran point on — the vendors you coordinated and one delivery problem you solved. Please include your hourly rate.

TaxDome Specialist — Audits, Client Support & Workflow Builds (Ongoing) We're a consulting firm that helps accounting and tax practices get the most out of TaxDome — better pipelines, real automation, and teams that actually use the system. We're growing and looking for a TaxDome specialist to join us on an ongoing basis. What you'll do: Run system audits - Review a prospective client's TaxDome account against our 7-point scorecard (pipelines, automations, client experience, team adoption, CRM hygiene, templates, billing) and join or lead 30-minute audit calls with firm owners. Support retainer clients each month - Handle build and edit requests inside client accounts: pipeline changes, automation setup, email/organizer/task templates, and configuration fixes. Track TaxDome releases - Read every TaxDome update and changelog, write a short plain-English summary of what changed, and flag which clients should adopt which features. Host weekly office hours - Lead a recurring live call (video, screen-share) where client staff bring their TaxDome questions and you answer them on the spot. Respond to support requests -Answer client questions via email within our 4-business-hour response window during US business hours. You're a fit if you: Have real, hands-on TaxDome experience — you've built pipelines and automations, not just used the portal as an end user. Experience inside an accounting or tax firm is a big plus. Understand US tax practice workflows (1040s, business returns, organizers, e-signatures, engagement letters) well enough to talk shop with firm owners. Are confident on camera with strong spoken and written English — you'll be client-facing on live calls, not just behind a ticket queue. Are available for a consistent block of US business hours (we're Central time) for office hours and support coverage. Are organized and self-directed — you'll manage multiple client accounts and we'll trust you to keep them straight. Treat confidentiality seriously. You'll have access to accounting firms' client data; an NDA is required and discretion is non-negotiable. Engagement details: Starting at approximately [10–20] hours/week, with room to grow into a larger role as we add retainer clients. Hourly to start, with a 2–4 week paid trial period. Long-term, this could become a fixed monthly arrangement for the right person. You'll work from our playbooks (audit scorecard, SOP templates) — we're not asking you to invent the service, just deliver it excellently. To apply, please include: A short description of the most complex TaxDome workflow or automation you've personally built (what problem it solved, roughly how it worked). How long you've worked in TaxDome and in what context (your own firm, a client's firm, as a consultant). Your availability in US Central time. Start your proposal with the word "PIPELINE" so we know you read the full post. We'll shortlist quickly, do a short video interview, then a paid test task: a mini-audit of a sandbox TaxDome account using our scorecard.

# CAT Software & Transcript Production Specialist (Remote – Contract) ## Mission **Make sure I never receive another email from a client saying things like:** * "The line numbers are missing." * "The text is printing between the line numbers." * "The page numbers are on the wrong pages." * "The transcript formatting is incorrect." * "The pages don't line up correctly." When the issues listed above are brought to you, you immediately say, "ah, yes I've seen this many times. It's because of XYZ when exporting from x to y..." and then the problem is solved without hesitation.  If formatting problems happen once, I expect them to be permanently solved—not patched until the next transcript. I'm looking for someone who can become the technical expert for transcript production and build systems that show me how to eliminate these issues for good. ## What You'll Do * Diagnose formatting problems at their root cause. * Understand how transcript formatting changes between CAT software and exported files (ASCII, RTF, TXT, DOCX, PDF, etc.). * Configure and standardize export settings. * Troubleshoot AutoScriptOne and other CAT software workflows. * Build a repeatable production process so transcripts leave our office correctly every time. ## You're Probably the Right Person If... * Court reporters come to you when they have formatting problems. * You understand transcript production better than most court reporters. * You know why an export breaks instead of just fixing it manually. * You've worked with CAT software, transcript production, agency workflows, or technical support. ## Test Assignment I'll provide the same transcript in multiple formats. Your goal is not simply to fix it. Your goal is to explain **why** it's happening, permanently solve the issue, and create a workflow that prevents it from ever happening again. I don't want someone who can fix today's transcript. I want someone who can make sure we never have the same problem twice.

What you will do You will own day-to-day execution of the EHR implementation across two parallel workstreams: Integration engineering oversight. You will also coordinate integration testing, clinician UAT, production cutover, go-live, and a hypercare period through the end of August. We are expanding our business into special education (SPED) school transportation, focusing on IEP students. Our goal is to secure contracts with school districts in the Chicago suburbs (North, Northwest, West, South) that need help filling existing transportation contracts or covering hard-to-fill SPED routes. We aim to start small with a pilot program of 3-4 drivers for SPED route coverage to demonstrate reliability, compliance, and consistency while addressing immediate district needs. We are seeking a freelancer with experience in: - District-level outreach and building trust with key decision-makers (transportation directors, SPED directors, procurement officers, district leadership). - Identifying districts with urgent transportation needs such as driver shortages, overflow, out-of-district runs, or other gaps. - Developing compliant and district-ready transportation programs. - Supporting contract acquisition strategies and guiding us through the process of securing our first contract. The freelancer will also assist in contacting districts, building relationships, and identifying the right opportunities to establish a foothold. The focus is on creating a strong foundation for long-term partnerships by starting small and scaling as we prove our value.
