What you'll do: Run system audits - Review a prospective client's TaxDome account against our 7-point scorecard (pipelines, automations, client experience, team adoption, CRM hygiene, templates, billing) and join or lead 30-minute audit calls with firm owners. Support retainer clients each month - Handle build and edit requests inside client accounts: pipeline changes, automation setup, email/organizer/task templates, and configuration fixes. Track TaxDome releases - Read every TaxDome update and changelog, write a short plain-English summary of what changed, and flag which clients should adopt which features. Host weekly office hours - Lead a recurring live call (video, screen-share) where client staff bring their TaxDome questions and you answer them on the spot.
