I have a SaaS B2B product, and my primary goal is to grow sales. I'm looking for someone who can help acquire targeted restaurant customers and grow alongside my business. For every restaurant you bring in that signs up for an annual plan, I'll pay you $100 every year for as long as that restaurant remains a paying customer. This is a lifetime recurring commission. For example, if you bring in 50 restaurants, you'll earn $5,000 per year in recurring commissions. If all 50 customers stay with us for 5 years, you'll earn a total of $25,000 over those 5 years. As long as they continue renewing their subscriptions, I'll continue paying you every year. You'll be responsible for finding, onboarding, and managing your targeted restaurant accounts. I don't have a rigid strategy in place—I'm looking for someone who can take ownership, bring ideas, and help grow the business with me. Opportunities like this are usually available only to early startup team members or founding employees.
