Hello! I am looking for someone to help my agency scale by helping with social media creatives and with general admin assisting. My idea is to bring someone on who knows social media, marketing, and can handle administrative tasks. My ideal candidate would know social media well enough to understand strategy is just as important as creatives. I would also like someone who knows general marketing and can send out PR pitches, however this is not a deal breaker. Additionally, this person will help with a few administrative tasks, such as keeping Notion clean and organized, sending out invoices to clients monthly, helping onboarding with new clients, ensuring emails are responded to, etc. This will start with two social media accounts and light administrative work and grow from there. I imagine the first month being about 5 hours/week and growing more in month 2 if it is a good fit. Although I rely heavily on AI and use many different AI tools, when responding to this job post please do not use an AI response, I would prefer to hear directly from you as that will help me weed out matches that might not be a good fit.

Overview We are a land development company that entered an annual enterprise subscription with a specialized land intelligence SaaS platform. The platform markets itself as providing parcel-level ownership data, power and utility infrastructure mapping, fiber and gas pipeline layers, competitive transaction tracking, moratorium monitoring, and AI-assisted site qualification for data center developers. After signing, several core features that were material to our purchase decision were never delivered or enabled on our account. After months of attempting to resolve the matter directly with the platform, we have determined that the service has not met its contractual and marketed obligations. We are seeking to cancel the agreement and avoid liability for the outstanding unpaid invoices on the basis of material non-delivery. We need an attorney experienced in SaaS/technology services contracts to advise us on how to execute this cleanly and defensibly. The Dispute We entered the subscription in approximately March 2026. From the outset, the following features were either unavailable, non-functional, or not enabled on our account: An AI-powered site qualification agent the platform markets prominently as a core capability Enhanced electric transmission and distribution data layers Natural gas and fiber pipeline data layers (central to our use case) CSV data export functionality (gaps that materially impaired our ability to use the platform) We raised these issues repeatedly. Invoices accumulated and went unpaid across approximately three to four billing cycles while the dispute was pending. The platform's account management team eventually escalated to their COO, and we engaged in a series of email exchanges attempting to negotiate a resolution. Despite months of back-and-forth, the platform has not delivered the contracted features. We do not wish to continue the relationship. Our position is that the failure to deliver material, marketed capabilities from the contract start date constitutes a breach that relieves us of further payment obligations and entitles us to cancel without penalty. Current Status The platform's COO has proposed a resolution that would amend the contract start date, add the missing features going forward, and require us to shift to auto-draft ACH payments. We have not signed or agreed to any amendment. No amended agreement has been executed. We do not intend to accept the proposed amendment. Our goal is cancellation, not continuation. What We Need Assess our grounds for cancellation — Review the facts of the dispute and advise on whether the platform's failure to deliver the marketed and contracted features constitutes a material breach sufficient to support cancellation and non-payment of the outstanding invoices. We will provide the original subscription agreement, marketing materials, and the full email thread documenting the non-delivery and resolution attempts. Draft or advise on a cancellation notice — Help us communicate our intent to cancel in a way that is legally defensible, clearly documents the basis (material non-delivery), and does not inadvertently waive any rights or create new exposure. Advise on invoice exposure — We have approximately accumulated unpaid invoices and additonal 20 months of term on the agreement. We want to understand our realistic exposure and what arguments support withholding payment given the non-delivery. Flag any risks in the email record — We engaged in email negotiations with the platform's COO in good faith, including language indicating some terms were "acceptable." We want to confirm whether anything in that email record could be used against us as an agreement or partial acceptance before we formalize the cancellation. Identify applicable law — The platform is based in Arkansas and we are in New Jersey. The agreement uses Arkansas as governing law Background Annual enterprise SaaS subscription, land intelligence platform for commercial real estate / data center development Estimated annual contract value: $75,000 Non-delivery period: approximately March–June 2026 (3–4 billing cycles unpaid) No amended agreement has been signed; cancellation is the desired outcome We are based in New Jersey; the platform is based in Arkansas Urgency: the platform is actively pressing for execution of an amendment and calling our principals directly Ideal Candidate Experience with SaaS or technology services contract disputes, including non-delivery and breach claims Comfortable advising on subscriber rights and cancellation grounds under standard enterprise software agreements Familiar with the practical commercial dynamics of these disputes (not just technical legal analysis) Able to jump on a call for an initial consultation, followed by a review the agreement, email record, and marketing materials and give us a frank assessment of where we stand Responsive and able to turn around an initial assessment within 3–5 business days Deliverable A written assessment covering: (1) our grounds for cancellation and how strong they are, (2) our exposure on the unpaid invoices and the best arguments for non-payment, (3) any risk created by the email negotiation record, (4) recommended next steps including whether and how to send a formal cancellation notice, and (5) jurisdiction/governing law considerations. Please include your hourly rate or proposed fixed fee and any relevant SaaS or technology dispute experience in your proposal.

We need someone who can do both: think strategically about funnel design (which marketing message wins with which buyer, how to sequence outbound emails and retargeting ads) AND get hands-on inside HubSpot and Apollo to actually build and fix it. Immediate priorities: Audit and fix a broken sync between Apollo and HubSpot (leads aren't tracking correctly) Get LinkedIn ads back up and running, with proper targeting, retargeting, and lead capture in place before sending traffic to a booking page. Activate a large list of dormant contacts we haven't emailed yet Enable retargeting and proper sequence implementation with a focus on TOFU. Give us an honest opinion on whether our current marketing strategy is right In your application, answer this: We're deciding between three ways to pitch our product — one about company culture certification, one about the dollar cost of bad hires, one comparing us against competitors. Which would you pick as the lead message, and why? We want to see how you think, not a perfect answer. We'll pay for a short paid trial task before any bigger commitment.
