This is a technical consulting and model review role. We need someone who can work with our internal engineering team, advise on appropriate modeling methodology, review assumptions, validate HEC-HMS / HEC-RAS setup, and help confirm that the resulting outputs are suitable for owner, AHJ, and engineering review. Scope may include: Advise on HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS model setup for large solar/energy sites. Review hydrology inputs, watershed assumptions, flow paths, rainfall/storm events, runoff methodology, boundary conditions, and model outputs. Review hydraulic design assumptions for culverts, channels, drainage crossings, low-water crossings, and site drainage interfaces. Support culvert and low-water-crossing sizing/validation. Advise what modeling outputs, reports, exhibits, and documentation are typically expected by owners, AHJs, or engineering reviewers. Review existing reports/outputs where available and advise what needs to be recreated, updated, or reused.
