I run a small B2B SaaS studio building tools in the email deliverability space. The product is built and live, not vaporware. I'm looking for someone who has taken SaaS products to market before and can run the launch with me, not just hand me a strategy deck and disappear. The product is VerifyCORE, a live email verification tool you can check out at https://thebrhub.com/verifycore/. It has a working app, Stripe billing connected, and pricing tiers in place. I also run a set of free diagnostic tools (blacklist checks, DMARC, spam score, header analysis) that already bring in the right audience, so the top of the funnel exists. What I don't have yet is a real go-to-market motion tying it together. There's a second product close behind that we'll fast-follow once the first one is moving. What I need you to do: -Review the product and the funnel, then map the launch: what ships, in what order, on what timeline -Walk the full prospect flow end to end. Signup, payment, onboarding. Find where it breaks or loses people -Design the sales funnel and the metrics we track, so we actually know whether the launch is working -Help me execute, not just plan. Your responsibility will be to contact those prospects, start qualified conversations, follow up consistently, and accurately track all activity in Zoho CRM. ## Primary Responsibilities * Contact prospects from targeted lead lists provided by our agency * Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels * Introduce our Shopify, ecommerce, web design, development, and digital marketing services * Identify prospect needs, challenges, budgets, timelines, and decision-makers * Schedule qualified sales calls and discovery meetings * Maintain consistent follow-up with interested prospects * Track every call, email, response, follow-up, and opportunity in Zoho CRM * Keep contact records, deal stages, notes, and next steps current * Work directly with agency ownership to improve messaging and sales strategy * Provide regular reporting on outreach activity, conversations, appointments, and opportunities * Help move qualified prospects through the sales process when appropriate ## Required Experience Applicants must meet the following requirements: * Must be based in the United States * Proven experience selling Shopify, ecommerce, web development, or digital marketing services * Agency marketing sales experience is required * Strong outbound sales and cold-calling experience * Comfortable speaking with business owners, ecommerce managers, marketing directors, and company decision-makers * Experience using a CRM to manage sales activity and follow-ups * Excellent written and verbal communication * Highly organized and dependable * Able to work independently and maintain consistent outreach activity * Comfortable being measured on calls, conversations, appointments, follow-ups, and closed opportunities Experience using Zoho CRM is strongly preferred. Experience selling Shopify development, ecommerce strategy, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, CRO, website design, or ecommerce operations services is a major advantage. ## Hours and Growth Potential This role will initially require only a few hours per week. We want to begin with a focused testing period to evaluate messaging, outreach methods, prospect response, appointment quality, and overall sales potential. The position can grow into a larger and more consistent role based on: * Consistent outreach activity * Accurate CRM management * Qualified appointments generated * Opportunities created * Sales closed * Overall return from the sales program We are looking for someone interested in helping build a long-term sales process rather than completing a short-term calling project. ## What We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone who simply sends generic messages or schedules unqualified appointments.
