Role Description We are seeking a Residential Architectural Project Manager to join our team in Roseville, CA. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing residential architectural projects from design development through permitting, bidding, and construction administration support. The Project Manager will oversee project timelines, coordinate all project logistics, manage deliverables, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope. Key responsibilities include leading the expediting and permitting process, organizing and managing inspections, facilitating communication between clients, design teams, structural engineers, and municipalities, and proactively resolving issues to maintain client satisfaction and project momentum. Qualifications Required: 3+ years of Project Management experience in architectural design or construction, preferably focused on residential projects. Strong proficiency in expediting and permitting processes with California municipalities (Roseville, Placer County, and surrounding areas highly preferred). Proven experience managing inspection coordination and regulatory compliance. Excellent logistics and project coordination skills. Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam Revu (PDF markup, document management, and collaboration). Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and general PC skills. Experience with common Project Management (PM) tools such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Strong leadership and client-facing skills with a collaborative approach. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience working in a residential architectural firm. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software (viewing/markup level).
