I'm looking for a passionate videographer to capture a live flamenco performance at a church fundraiser on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at St. Nicholas Antiochian Orthodox Church in Brooklyn, NY. This is more than simply recording a dance—I hope to create a cinematic keepsake that captures the emotion, movement, rhythm, and spirit of flamenco. I'm looking for someone with a creative eye who can thoughtfully frame the performance (approx. 30 minute set), anticipate the movement, and help tell the story through the camera. My goal is to create films that feel as expressive and intentional as the dance itself. The final video will be used for personal memories, future performance opportunities, and social media. I'm also hoping this performance marks the beginning of an ongoing creative collaboration. As I continue to grow as a flamenco dancer, I have plans for future stage performances as well as cinematic, concept-driven solo dance films inspired by the rich symbolism, emotion, and storytelling found in flamenco. I'd love to build a professional relationship with a videographer who enjoys telling stories through movement and is excited to collaborate on future artistic projects. If you have experience filming dance, live performances, or other artistic events, I'd love to see examples of your work. Please include your portfolio, your rates, and your availability when you reach out.

I need a licensed attorney experienced in California trust and estate law (ideally trust/probate litigation or administration) for a focused paid consultation and document review. Situation: I am a named alternate successor trustee on a California revocable-turned-irrevocable trust. I was named years ago but never administered the trust, never controlled any assets, and never received any benefit. I'm now being asked to sign a notarized "declination of trustee" (sworn under penalty of perjury), along with a document appointing the beneficiary as successor trustee. There has been significant pressure to sign quickly — threats of monetary sanctions, hostile communications, and a police report — so I want my own independent review before I sign anything. What I need help with: Review the declination and related documents (3–5 pages) and confirm whether signing creates any liability or obligation for me, given I never acted as trustee. Advise on exactly what I'd be attesting to under penalty of perjury, and flag anything I should not sign as written. Advise whether the document can be made more protective, or replaced with a cleaner, narrower declination. Briefly advise whether I may have any claim arising from the police report and sanctions threats (separate question). Important: The trust is governed by California law. I am located in Florida, so this will be remote (phone/video + document review). Please only apply if you are licensed and can advise on California trust matters. To apply, please include: Confirmation you are a licensed attorney and your bar state(s) Brief relevant experience with trust declinations / trustee disputes Your flat fee or hourly rate for a document review + consultation of this scope Earliest availability This is a contained engagement — likely one consultation plus a short document review, with possible follow-up if I decide to have a cleaner declination drafted.

We are a busy boutique intellectual property law firm looking for an experienced patent attorney or patent agent to assist with overflow drafting of provisional patent applications. This is a contract-based opportunity. Each project will have a fixed budget, an estimated number of hours expected to complete the work, and a deadline. The ideal candidate can quickly understand complex technical disclosures, prepare clear and strategically drafted provisional patent applications, and consistently produce high-quality work with minimal supervision. All contracted agents and attorneys are required to sign the firm's Independent Contractor Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement and work through the firm's virtual desktop environment. For the right agent or attorney, this may lead to ongoing project work. If there is a strong mutual fit and the attorney resides in one of our preferred hiring states, a full-time position may also be considered in the future.

I am looking for an experienced IP attorney, preferably someone with experience at a larger IP-focused law firm, IP boutique, BigLaw IP practice, or sophisticated patent litigation/prosecution practice. The initial engagement would be a paid 45–60 minute review of a working prototype using public patent documents only. I am not seeking legal advice, and no confidential client information will be reviewed. The goal is to receive practical expert feedback on how to improve the attorney-facing report, workflow, terminology, and usefulness of the analysis. Feedback areas may include: * Whether the risk categories reflect real IP practice * How to make the report more credible and attorney-friendly * What information should be added, removed, or reframed * How the tool could fit into patent prosecution, litigation, diligence, licensing, or portfolio review * What would make the output more valuable to law firms, patent owners, investors, or IP teams Ideal background: * Patent litigation and/or patent prosecution experience * Experience at a larger IP-centric firm, IP boutique, or sophisticated patent practice * Claim analysis, invalidity, infringement, PTAB, licensing, or patent due diligence experience * Ability to give direct, practical feedback based on real-world IP workflows This may become an ongoing advisory relationship as the software is refined. I am especially interested in someone who can provide periodic feedback, suggest improvements, and help make the product more useful for serious IP professionals.
