Seeking an amateur or professional photographer in the Sayre, PA area for a real estate appraisal company. Requires basic photography skills. If you have a current smartphone, the cell's camera will be sufficient. Photos are 'as-is' of the interior and exterior of a 5-unit apartment building...no staging, rearranging of contents, lighting, etc. You will be accompanied by the property's agent at all times. A hand-drawn sketch of the outline of the units is required as well. You will receive a detailed list of the photographs we are seeking. The entire process will take approximately 45 minutes.
