I need someone to set up an excel template to for property development, based on what I have used over the years. However I want a very thorough methodical, quantity surveyor based method. It will break down the components of a project and give multiple sheets that include the data. All this data will feed through to a summary sheet that provides and accurate overview of the project costs and profits etc, the person must have a good understanding of construction, QS,and excel. Preferably sufficient experience in the field that they are guiding me rather than me guiding them. Its possible that if the programme is suitable that there will be ongoing inputs from projects. However the point here is to create the ultimate costing sheet that I or my staff can follow and not go wrong.

Both house plans have been completed, a driveway plan has been designed and approved but I need a civil engineer to help make sure the houses are both set in the ideal location and to sign off that all the impervious cover calculations are done correctly and the site design will work.

The equilibrium of Frames and Machines is one of the fundamental skills you should take away from this class. To bring some realism to the topic your assignment is to: Identify a frame or machine you encounter in your everyday life. By definition your system needs to be made of at least 2 rigid bodies (but ideally less than 5 bodies for simplicity) and 1 must be a multiforce body. Feel free to isolate just one portion of a larger frame or machine. Take a photo of the object or find a representative photo from the internet. Draw a FBD for each body in the system (and an overall FBD if it is Rigid). FBD's can be hand drawn then scanned OR digital. It is up to you to best represent (or model) the real-world system as a system of rigid bodies with connections. In 5 bullet points briefly discuss: Why is your system either Rigid or Non-Rigid? How you would represent the the external (applied) forces/couples on the system? These are the force or couples which are engaging (or loading) the system. How you would represent the reaction forces/couples? These are the forces/couples which are holding the system static with the outside world. How you would represent the interactions between bodies? These are the reactions between bodies in your system. If the body solvable using Statics? Why or why not? No need to numerically solve the problem Hence your final assignment will include 2 images (actual photo and FBD summary) and 5 bullet points. Total material should be around a page of content. All material will be submitted digitally via Canvas as a single uploaded PDF
