We have massive amounts of backlink potential that we've gathered from our competitors. We are looking for an individual that can dedicate 1 to 2 hours a day to do reach out to potential sources of links that our competitors utilize so that they can learn about our product and potentially link to us.
We look at link building as an organic conversation with the potential link source. If it's a blogger, we want to start a conversation with the blogger. If it's a news site, we want to talk to the editors. It's imperative that each conversation to a potential link target is personalized to them. This means no email templates and it means writing emails with correct grammar and spelling.
The individual we choose will be provided with a custom email address to send communication to potential link sources. They'll also have access to our link tools that contains potential link sources that we've gathered. You'll be responsible for tracking effort each day by utilizing the shared spreadsheet providing status of each communication and of relationships/links built. Our intention is to reach out to at least 20 new link opportunities a day.
You'll also be provided an account to our online communication tool (HipChat) so that you can instantly communicate with the rest of the team. You'll be able to answer questions about the product and how to potentially respond to other questions that you receive.
Hours will increase over time if the relationship works and the effort is strong. We're looking for someone to really own this.
You'll also be required to work these hours sometime during normal business hours in the pacific time zone so you can communicate and be visible with the rest of the team.
Our website is available at www.nihongomaster.com . Take a look and see if you'd be interested in joining our team and helping us promote language education!
After reviewing your proposal, you'll be asked to write an example intro letter given a potential link source. We will be looking for how you would shape a conversation with someone for the first time with a good introduction and relevant to the target as well as enough information about us. The quality of the intro will help to decide who we will bring onboard.
